Our May theme is How Much?

Reflections on the nature of practice, including how we choose methods that serve us, how we deal with distractions, and how we show up honestly for ourselves. Lineage traditions and modern expressions all meet in the sea of possibility, and teachers of all approaches are a click away these days. Ultimately, practice is activated by intention. So: where are we headed, and how are we resourcing ourselves for the journey?

This week's session :

This week's practice is "Distraction & Stimulation" and features our regular guest and dear friend here in the tea space, Jessica Young Chang. Jess is currently pursuing her Master's at Harvard Divinity School, with a focus on the nature of the body and the Divine in both Tantric and Christian traditions. She is also a yoga teacher, as well as women's health advocate, from Chicago, IL, where she became friends with Adam and Sooz. Jess appears frequently on Tea & Contemplation as our honored guest to lead the themed discussion.
