Unknown:

Unknown:

curveballs that we're going to doubt our greatness, our ideas

Unknown:

and our contributions. And my goal is that you believe in

Unknown:

yourself beyond reason. And I get to be a coach and a champion

Unknown:

for you each week, so that you feel inspired, motivated, and

Unknown:

Unknown:

world.

Unknown:

So let's jump in. Hey there, everyone. Hello. Hello, this is

Unknown:

Coach Kelly, and welcome to episode 146. Of let's be honest,

Unknown:

before we start pretending, and we're back and season four, I am

Unknown:

so excited. I have spent much of January sort of plotting and

Unknown:

planning, season four, reaching out to people we have some

Unknown:

amazing guests coming February, I've got a fantastic guest, a

Unknown:

fellow coach that's coming on in March, I have a great guest

Unknown:

coming on and then beyond. So February, March, we'll have one

Unknown:

guest in the month and then beyond, you can expect multiple

Unknown:

guests as we move through season four. I'm really really excited.

Unknown:

And I trust that you enjoyed January's revisit of really

Unknown:

important episodes that helps set us up for success as we move

Unknown:

into our new year. And just as a reminder, we started with happy

Unknown:

with I love the crossover episode with Paige Killian was

Unknown:

resolutions versus lifestyle choices. And you know really

Unknown:

what it takes to commit to those lifestyle choices. That was such

Unknown:

a fun episode. And then we visited a worthy goal. Are my

Unknown:

goals still worthy? Even if I didn't complete them? You all

Unknown:

know the answer you listen to the episode, if it's worthy to

Unknown:

you, yes, keep going. 100%. And then we looked at in your time,

Unknown:

which also visited you know, I get this a lot where people go,

Unknown:

I don't know if I know what I want this year, can I take my

Unknown:

time in January? Or do I have to have it all figured out January

Unknown:

1, and you if you listen to the episode, you know that the

Unknown:

answer is yes, take the month of January and really be thoughtful

Unknown:

and purposeful to plan out. The year ahead. I do it it works. I

Unknown:

love it. So I highly recommend so we talked about that. And

Unknown:

then we looked at the million dollar question how that is the

Unknown:

million dollar question. If we have the answer to people's how

Unknown:

we would probably have a million dollars if not more, right? How

Unknown:

is a trap? So we talked about what is really required versus

Unknown:

moving directly to how and it's natural. It's natural as human

Unknown:

beings. That's the first thing. I want to create something how,

Unknown:

how am I going to do it right? It's a trap. And so we visited

Unknown:

ways to get beyond the trap of how. And finally last week, we

Unknown:

looked at shiny papers, shiny papers, everywhere we get we got

Unknown:

clear on our vision. It's an alignment with our purpose, our

Unknown:

goals are set. And then you begin to create those action

Unknown:

steps and the how it gets done. That's awesome and happy dance,

Unknown:

right? And so then what then all of a sudden, we're like, Oh, I

Unknown:

feel like I'm Alice in Wonderland. Which way do I go?

Unknown:

So we address staying out of Shiny Paper syndrome. And we

Unknown:

also talked about Jomo the joy of missing out so if you have

Unknown:

not listened to those episodes, do not pass go without

Unknown:

listening, I highly encourage them. They are chock full of so

Unknown:

many golden nuggets to support you as you move through 2023 and

Unknown:

beyond. So I promised you that I was going to talk with you about

Unknown:

a little Malakut me minimizing this next adventure that I'm

Unknown:

going to be taking on I promised you that I would share an

Unknown:

adventure that I'm going to be embarking on this month as a

Unknown:

matter of fact, and if known it for some time, there's been some

Unknown:

things that have been occurring, you know, that could possibly

Unknown:

get in the way blah, blah, blah. And it's going to be part of the

Unknown:

podcast. Not every episode, but we're definitely going to visit

Unknown:

this adventure through the The next couple months and I will be

Unknown:

giving you updates and things like that. And today's episode

Unknown:

is up against it because that is truly how I've been feeling. And

Unknown:

I want to talk with with you all about what up against it, you

Unknown:

know what happens when we're up against it, and what we can

Unknown:

actually put into place so that we move from up against it,

Unknown:

because two things can be true, we can be really excited about

Unknown:

something and we can be really scared at the same time both are

Unknown:

true, right, both can be true. And so this adventure that I'm

Unknown:

going to be embarking on this year, and I may have said this

Unknown:

in previous episodes, this year, for me, my word of the year is

Unknown:

vibrant, and integrity. And these are really important. At

Unknown:

first it was like health and integrity. But health is like

Unknown:

why it's wide. And I'm always looking at health, mental,

Unknown:

emotional, and physically. And I feel really solid in the mental

Unknown:

emotional Dental, so much hardcore work, not only do I

Unknown:

coach people, but I also am coached. And I also do my work

Unknown:

is important. And I feel really solid in both mental and

Unknown:

emotional. And that's not to say that there's not still things,

Unknown:

I'm still like a super anxious person. And I still work through

Unknown:

that all the time. And I have strategies that work, right. And

Unknown:

so I feel really great about that. And as I looked at 2023,

Unknown:

and I looked at what's the transformation of me going to be

Unknown:

in this next year ahead. It's just like, I would get this like

Unknown:

sinking, whoo, like kind of feeling, which, you know, I get

Unknown:

excited about the transformations in people I

Unknown:

really do. It's why we have the lifter group coaching program.

Unknown:

It's why I work with clients one on one, or it's why I work with

Unknown:

companies and create leadership trainings for them because I

Unknown:

believe in transformation. And I believe that when we focus on

Unknown:

transformation versus events, or, you know, simply just, you

Unknown:

know, what's the next thing that we can really create so much

Unknown:

more mileage. And so I found it so interesting that when I was

Unknown:

looking at what's the transformation of me, in this

Unknown:

next year gonna be and I would just like bull, right. And so it

Unknown:

had to do with health, and staying in integrity with

Unknown:

myself. And it took something to get to that place. It's not like

Unknown:

I just woke up one day, and I was like, I'm going to be an

Unknown:

integrity with myself. And I'm going to transform my health. It

Unknown:

took a lot. It took a lot in working with my coach and really

Unknown:

getting down to like, how do I feel about my health right now?

Unknown:

How do I that was the focus and the big question for several

Unknown:

months, before I decided, you know, what I want to feel

Unknown:

vibrant and vibrant for me is having energy having strength

Unknown:

coming from not only the inside which it which I can, I am

Unknown:

typically a pretty vibrant person, but like I want the

Unknown:

outside to match that. And so what that means is that I get to

Unknown:

take on some health challenges. Now for the past 20 years I have

Unknown:

been on. Yeah, now weight goes up, weight goes down, weight

Unknown:

goes up weight goes down for about 20 years. And that was

Unknown:

almost shocking to when I sat down and really looked at how

Unknown:

long this had been going on. And I definitely had some shame

Unknown:

about that I had some guilt about that. I had some regret

Unknown:

about that. And I did not want to stay there. So what I

Unknown:

realized is that this word integrity and this word vibrant,

Unknown:

which vibrant is where I chunked down health to the word vibrant,

Unknown:

really go hand in hand, they go hand in hand, you see, I will be

Unknown:

in integrity with others all the time and very consistent. And

Unknown:

sometimes I'm not in integrity with myself, okay, many areas,

Unknown:

I'm in integrity with myself. And then there's other areas

Unknown:

that I'm not health was one of them. Health was one of them.

Unknown:

And you know, without our health, oh, it's very

Unknown:

challenging. It's very challenging. And I love working

Unknown:

with people. I love my job. And I love being a mom, I love being

Unknown:

a wife. I love having friends. I love having colleagues I love I

Unknown:

love it. And so I realized that while mentally and emotionally I

Unknown:

feel very healthy and strong. I don't when it comes to my

Unknown:

physical health. And part of that has to do with my weight.

Unknown:

Okay part of it. You've been listening to the podcast, how

Unknown:

many times do I use weight as an example? Often why because I

Unknown:

feel masterful in that area. Okay, so what it means is,

Unknown:

having gone up and down in my health has definitely challenged

Unknown:

me in many, many, many different areas. And one of the Mmm Is my

Unknown:

knees are rotten, y'all are rotten, they are rotten. My

Unknown:

knees are shot, they're done. They are done. They are

Unknown:

exhausted. They are. They're done. They are completely like

Unknown:

bone on bone. And they are full of arthritis, they are tired,

Unknown:

they are tired, and they hurt. And I'm in pain almost daily.

Unknown:

And it's exhausting. It really, really is. Now I am one to push

Unknown:

through, I am one to shoot suit up and show up. And let's go and

Unknown:

all of that. And I realized that by not addressing my knees and

Unknown:

really honoring the support that they've been giving me for so

Unknown:

many years, and not honoring that boy, they're tired, and

Unknown:

maybe they need some help. I was doing a disservice to myself and

Unknown:

my knees and being really out of integrity with myself. And

Unknown:

believe me, the pain that I feel every day can definitely become

Unknown:

my number one excuse for not taking on my activity,

Unknown:

nutritionally awesome. Drinking my water. Awesome. And the one

Unknown:

thing that I avoid is exercise. I love to be active. I can't say

Unknown:

that I love exercise. Okay. I don't know if any of you can

Unknown:

relate to this. I love to be active. I love to dance. I love

Unknown:

to be outside in nature. I love to swim. Traditional exercise. I

Unknown:

don't love it. I don't love it. Now I love walking, walking

Unknown:

hurts. Really bad dancing hurts really bad swimming is great.

Unknown:

And you know, I don't have swim acts I well, I probably could

Unknown:

find access to swimming year round. But I haven't. So here's

Unknown:

the thing, it has become too hard, and it has become an

Unknown:

excuse. And so I've decided to remove those excuses. And I've

Unknown:

decided to be kind to my body physically. And I've decided

Unknown:

that this year, we will have knee replacement surgery. And

Unknown:

I'm going to have not one but two, not at the same time. I am

Unknown:

a high achiever but not an overachiever. So, but But the

Unknown:

plan is to have this happen this year. So this is good news. Yes,

Unknown:

absolutely. And I am both excited and terrified at the

Unknown:

same time. So I have felt really up against it in many, many

Unknown:

ways. Now I have known about this surgery for about six

Unknown:

months that it's been coming. And I've been preparing for it

Unknown:

lots of different ways to prepare for that working on my

Unknown:

upper body strength and also working on those muscles around

Unknown:

the knees. Right. And that's great. And I will tell you, for

Unknown:

those of you that have been listening, about a year ago, it

Unknown:

was just like, a couple of days after Thanksgiving, 2021 I fell,

Unknown:

and I shattered my elbow. Now, I had wanted to have these knee

Unknown:

replacements in 2022. And that quickly changed not because of

Unknown:

my circumstance of having an elbow surgery, right. And if

Unknown:

you've listened, I shared some some some lessons from that in a

Unknown:

few of the episodes. I remember immediately, in my mind

Unknown:

canceling the possibility of knee replacement surgery done.

Unknown:

We're not doing it. Why? Because I had never been in more pain in

Unknown:

my life than after my elbow surgery. And those first two

Unknown:

weeks were really hard. They were really hard and something

Unknown:

went into my system that was like, Nope, we're not doing it.

Unknown:

We're not doing it. And so like my brain just cancelled it,

Unknown:

there was no possibility of it. None, none. None, I was not even

Unknown:

addressing it. Well, the knees kept getting worse and worse and

Unknown:

worse. And so about six months ago, I decided, you know, I've

Unknown:

been doing a lot of work on getting, you know, removing the

Unknown:

pain is like that, you know, PTSD part of it, because I

Unknown:

really did feel that, and I can still feel it. Like sometimes

Unknown:

something will trigger it. And I'm like, woof, you know, so

Unknown:

I've done a lot of work on it. And I really got very clear

Unknown:

about my health and what, what, like, who am I going to be a

Unknown:

year from now? Not like, you know, who am I going to be after

Unknown:

knee surgery, like the event of it, but who will I be a year

Unknown:

post knee surgery post knee surgeries, right? Who am I

Unknown:

being? And that's been great. And I'm going to be talking

Unknown:

about that in in some of our episodes because I think that

Unknown:

everything happens for a reason and everything is useful in some

Unknown:

context. And so some of the things that are occurring I want

Unknown:

to share with you all and even though it's a super vulnerable I

Unknown:

I'm I'm here for that. So one of the things like I said I knew

Unknown:

six months ago, you know we were going to have knee replacement

Unknown:

surgery the first one and I remember my surgeon said,

Unknown:

listen, all you've got to do is maintain your BMI, maintain it,

Unknown:

don't gain any weight. If you lose some weight, you know,

Unknown:

that's bonus, but maintain that BMI. Okay, so that was six

Unknown:

months ago. And I don't know what happened. Something went

Unknown:

in, because you know, I thought, Oh, cool. Okay, maintain Sounds

Unknown:

easy, right? Maybe even, like, lose some weight. So we lower

Unknown:

the BMI. That's why not right? Well, something went in that I

Unknown:

couldn't quite get clear about something went in. And I did the

Unknown:

exact opposite, I gained about 10 pounds, not right away, not

Unknown:

right away, didn't right away. But certainly, within the last

Unknown:

three months of it, we we could blame it on the holidays. But

Unknown:

I'm not going to do that. Because I know better. Something

Unknown:

went in at the subconscious level, that triggered something,

Unknown:

and I'm still exploring it. And as I continue to move through,

Unknown:

and get clear about it, I'm going to share with you all

Unknown:

because I think it's really important. And I knew something

Unknown:

had clicked there was a block in, you may remember I said it

Unknown:

earlier, I am masterful at gaining weight, losing weight,

Unknown:

gaining weight, losing weight, right, and my goal, and my the

Unknown:

transformation of me, she is vibrant, she is lighter, she is

Unknown:

active, she dances, she hikes, she's back in training rooms, on

Unknown:

her feet for eight hours a day, because you know, think we're

Unknown:

gonna move away from zoom. Right? She's enjoying life,

Unknown:

right? And I keep envisioning that, but that somehow we missed

Unknown:

that that vision, somehow the memo got lost in the mail,

Unknown:

right. And so I was blocked. And so I had my pre op appointment,

Unknown:

that mid January. And I already knew I knew I just I knew. And I

Unknown:

remember the nurse was saying, you're going to have to prepare

Unknown:

yourself, the your surgery is probably going to be canceled

Unknown:

because you haven't maintained your BMI. On fact, you've gone

Unknown:

over just a little bit. And so in my mind, I thought, okay, I

Unknown:

hear the words, I hear it. And I know I can transform, I know

Unknown:

this, it's going to take something, it's going to take

Unknown:

something and I'm going to get really clear about what it's

Unknown:

going to take and I'm going to get into the business of that

Unknown:

action. Those disciplines. That's what's going to happen.

Unknown:

But first, I've got to enroll my doctor and letting me like,

Unknown:

let's not take the surgery off the off the table. So Anywho. So

Unknown:

we the doctor came in, we talked about it, and he didn't cancel

Unknown:

the surgery. But he did say you have two and a half weeks to

Unknown:

lose seven pounds, seven pounds. Now there was a time in my life

Unknown:

where I thought not a problem. Seven pounds, let's go all day

Unknown:

every day. Yeah, that hasn't been the story for quite some

Unknown:

time. Certainly definitely not at my age. And I don't really

Unknown:

love to say at my age, but there's there here's the thing.

Unknown:

At 55 Things are different things are different. There are

Unknown:

changes in women, right. And we're addressing them not the

Unknown:

excuse, not not the excuse, we're addressing them. So I know

Unknown:

that it doesn't just melt off, it's going to take something

Unknown:

it's going to take something. And so the great news is he

Unknown:

agreed to keep it on and then I just have to call him and now by

Unknown:

the way, this episode when it's airing is February 6 on February

Unknown:

7 is when I've got to call my doctor's office, my the surgeon

Unknown:

and let them know what the scale says. So I had about two and a

Unknown:

half weeks to to handle that. And so in my mind, I thought

Unknown:

okay, wow, I went home and there was a part of me that was like,

Unknown:

Yeah, okay, we got this. And there was another part of me

Unknown:

that's like, you don't got it. You don't got it? Who? What?

Unknown:

Like, you know, let's just start looking at the benefits of

Unknown:

postponing the surgery. Let's just give up, you know, and I

Unknown:

was so clear, I was so clear, because I'm so incredibly

Unknown:

thankful that integrity is one of my words, because what would

Unknown:

it take to be in integrity with myself, to believe in myself to

Unknown:

get on my own team? What would be required of that? What would

Unknown:

be required of that? Well, it would require mindset and a

Unknown:

shift in my mindset, it will require a shift in my belief,

Unknown:

and committing to a belief and committing to the identity of me

Unknown:

and the transformation of me and it would require me to act it

Unknown:

would those three things so right the those things down when

Unknown:

you are up against it. And we all get up against it in many,

Unknown:

many ways you can think of different things in your life,

Unknown:

it may not be, you know, working on to new nifty knees, but it

Unknown:

could be or may not be working on weight loss, but it could be

Unknown:

working on you fill in that blank, whatever it is for you.

Unknown:

And I know that what happens is we get up against it. And up

Unknown:

against it feels awful. It feels stuck. It feels like a trap.

Unknown:

It's the it's awful, okay. And I remember that day I was in so

Unknown:

guy, I still showed up. I showed up for I that was lit lift her

Unknown:

group coaching day, and I showed up for the cohorts and, and we

Unknown:

did our thing, and it was great. And then in between, my

Unknown:

goodness, the pity party I was in was serious, serious. It was

Unknown:

a pity party to the 10th degree. If there's a 10th degree, you

Unknown:

know, it was a serious pity party. And I cried, I cried a

Unknown:

lot that day. And the next day I woke up and I said, Okay, let's

Unknown:

go, we have got to get in to this. And I have a five minute

Unknown:

quiet practice that I do every day that helps me set the day

Unknown:

and helps me direct my mind in the way that I want it to go. My

Unknown:

mindset because here's what I know, mindsets, everything. You

Unknown:

can have all the knowledge, you can have all the experience, you

Unknown:

can have a clear plan. But if your mindsets, not where it's

Unknown:

got to be forget about it. It's not happening. And that's that's

Unknown:

the truth. So where did my mindset get to be? Well, my

Unknown:

mindset got to be in a place of curiosity. It got to be in a

Unknown:

place of confidence. It got to be in a place of possibility. My

Unknown:

mindset got to be in a place of learning and growth versus

Unknown:

fixed. Every single day I got to visit. Where's your mindset

Unknown:

today? Where is it today? Yes, I'm a positive person. Yes, I'm

Unknown:

optimistic. However, that wasn't going to necessarily be the end.

Unknown:

All right, it was about today. What's in front of you. Today, I

Unknown:

believe in me today, I believe that I will stay in integrity

Unknown:

with my plan. Okay. And then I really got to address my belief,

Unknown:

because here's the thing that's so interesting. And I'm going to

Unknown:

just say this, and I don't know if this happens for any of you.

Unknown:

But do you ever, like you're setting out on something? And

Unknown:

there's a part of you that's like, Yes, I believe. And

Unknown:

there's another part of you that's like, I don't believe I

Unknown:

don't think it's true. And like it sort of is like on a teeter

Unknown:

totter. Like, whoo, I believe who I don't believe who I

Unknown:

believe I don't believe right. It's like a teeter totter. And

Unknown:

then suddenly, the teeter totter stops. And there you are. And

Unknown:

it's either I believe, or I don't believe, okay, well, for

Unknown:

the last three months, I didn't believe it was as clear as a

Unknown:

bell. I knew the goal. I knew the assignment. I knew the

Unknown:

assignment, but I didn't believe I didn't believe in me. Okay. So

Unknown:

we had to shift that in, focusing in on who am I, in this

Unknown:

transformation of me, and continue to focus on that see

Unknown:

her a year from now with two knees, built lighter, more

Unknown:

energy dancing, hiking, training, and a room full of

Unknown:

people ready to rock, right? I had to keep seeing that. And

Unknown:

like imagining that and seeing her in that five minute practice

Unknown:

so that between my mindset and my belief, I could take action,

Unknown:

I could act because I knew sitting on my butt wasn't gonna

Unknown:

do it. It wasn't gonna do it. And then part of that action was

Unknown:

asking for help. asking for some help from trusted people around

Unknown:

me that I knew could support me. I have been doing some

Unknown:

hypnotherapy to remove some blocks that I have, which has

Unknown:

been outstanding. I have been very vulnerable and not

Unknown:

pretending like I don't have to lose weight, right? I had to

Unknown:

really take on some coaching to remove. You know, like, I it was

Unknown:

funny. I had this moment where I was like, Am I like the heaviest

Unknown:

person that's ever had knee replacement done? This cannot be

Unknown:

true. I'm sure it's not true. But he doesn't matter. What was

Unknown:

I just doing comparing myself to people? I don't even know. That

Unknown:

doesn't work. Okay. What Works is focusing in on the

Unknown:

transformation of me. So write that down. What's the

Unknown:

transformation of me? Where am I headed through this year and

Unknown:

imagine yourself a year from now? Whatever date you're

Unknown:

listening to this podcast episode, imagine yourself a year

Unknown:

from now. What happening in your, in your life as a result

Unknown:

of you taking on that transformation? What's

Unknown:

happening? Get it all over you. Okay? Because on the days that

Unknown:

you don't feel like it on the days, you don't feel the

Unknown:

motivation, let that help you create some urgency. Okay, let

Unknown:

that help you. Because I will tell you, I don't know that I

Unknown:

felt motivated. And you would think that constant pain every

Unknown:

day would be a motivating factor wasn't enough. It wasn't enough.

Unknown:

Maybe it is for some, but it wasn't for me. But I'll tell you

Unknown:

the transformation and imagining myself a year from now and who

Unknown:

am I? And what's happening and what do I have in my life? I'll

Unknown:

tell you what, that that that woke me up. That woke me up. So

Unknown:

again, the three things mindset. What's the mindset required? How

Unknown:

will I direct my mind today? What's the belief? And if my

Unknown:

belief isn't solid? Where will I get some help with that? And

Unknown:

then what's the action I'm taking? And part of that action?

Unknown:

is imagining yourself a year from now and the transformation

Unknown:

and noticing what are the behaviors that are occurring,

Unknown:

and behave that way, behave that way? I am drinking my water

Unknown:

every single day. I am eating per my plan, and we're not

Unknown:

deviating from the plan. I don't feel like I'm missing out on

Unknown:

anything. I definitely dropped all alcohol. It's been a game

Unknown:

changer. You've heard me do that. I had a challenge one year

Unknown:

remember when it was? My I think it was in October one year,

Unknown:

right? So what are the things that are going to support me in

Unknown:

the coming vibrant, okay. And also, I asked for help from my

Unknown:

youngest son on creating a plan that would help me at the gym.

Unknown:

And, and I have other reason he did he delivered, I am so

Unknown:

grateful. And so you know, all the things that are helping me

Unknown:

prepare, I also have the most amazing hype squad, other women

Unknown:

who are like you've got this and really supporting me to help

Unknown:

keep my mindset in the way that it's going in the way that it

Unknown:

that I want it to go. So when you're up against it, and it

Unknown:

feels so crappy, remember this, you can change that you can

Unknown:

change anything that you want to change in your life, you've got

Unknown:

to get your mindset moving in the way that's going to support

Unknown:

you, you've got to be certainly strong in your belief. And a

Unknown:

belief is truly nothing but a feeling of certainty. So anytime

Unknown:

that I've ever lost a good amount of weight, whatever good

Unknown:

amount is, I noticed that judgment right there, I was

Unknown:

certain that it would happen. Okay, I am certain that this

Unknown:

knee replacement is going to happen. And it's happening this

Unknown:

month, it's happening and in a couple of weeks. And I am

Unknown:

certain that it's going to take some hard work in the recovery

Unknown:

process, I am not naive that there will be pain. And I'm also

Unknown:

certain that it will be managed and that that experience does

Unknown:

not have to be the experience I had after my elbow surgery.

Unknown:

Okay, so those are the things and I am acting through daily

Unknown:

activities that are supporting me mind, body and soul to be

Unknown:

ready for it. Okay, ready for it. So that's what's up. I have

Unknown:

been up against it. I don't feel up against it in this particular

Unknown:

moment. And I think by being vulnerable and sharing something

Unknown:

that's really true, with all of you has been super helpful. So

Unknown:

thank you for listening and being part of that team as well.

Unknown:

Because I trust that there's something in here for you, no

Unknown:

matter what you're up to this year. And I'm going to share

Unknown:

along the way and it's going to be vulnerable today was

Unknown:

vulnerable. I was super, super nervous to record this episode.

Unknown:

As a matter of fact, I procrastinate procrastinated on

Unknown:

it for quite some time, and then decided, You know what, we're

Unknown:

gonna do this thing. Let's go. Let's go. So, join me on this

Unknown:

adventure. We're not going to just talk about the knee

Unknown:

replacement and what it's taking, but I'm going to drop it

Unknown:

in every now and again for the purpose of learning and growing

Unknown:

together. And I'm super excited, super excited about the episodes

Unknown:

that are coming up this month and in March and I'm super

Unknown:

excited to bring you all along the way. So thank you for

Unknown:

letting me share with you something that has been

Unknown:

on my mind and in my heart and something very real ahead of me

Unknown:

something that I am both excited and terror If I about at the

Unknown:

same time, both can be true, both can be true. It's, it's

Unknown:

what I'm going to give more attention to. And I'm going to

Unknown:

I'm going to stay excited about this while feeling terrified at

Unknown:

the same time. All right, so you know what, remember, we have a

Unknown:

choice to lead our life or follow our circumstances. And

Unknown:

life is about knowing our passions, our purpose, our

Unknown:

values, and really creating an impact in our life and the life

Unknown:

of others and who emerges from taking the lead in their lives

Unknown:

are authentic, they're vulnerable, they're courageous,

Unknown:

and they are slaying those transformations of self is not

Unknown:

always going to look the way we think it's supposed to. So we

Unknown:

really do get to trust that more always gets revealed as we move

Unknown:

forward. Remember, take a pause, let go of worry, let go of doubt

Unknown:

and live fully the best version of you. Let's go. Thank you

Unknown:

again, for listening today. I trust there was value for you as

Unknown:

you move through your day and your week taking the lead in

Unknown:

your life. And I am stoked about next week's episode. So come

Unknown:

back and tune in. And you know, here's to a great week ahead and

Unknown:

a great month ahead. And if it's not shaping up the way you want

Unknown:

it to take the lead and create a fantastic one. I'll talk with

you all soon. Take care. Thanks for listening to another episode
