I really believe in her podcast and I’m so excited to share this with you today - even though there is some tough stuff we spoke about which left me with an oversharing hangover and it's just not things I ever thought I would talk about, and I keep thinking of ways to "under-share" this episode so that I can tick the box of publishing it but also keep listeners to a minimum because it just makes me feel anxious to talk about that season in my life.
