Charles Read is a CPA, IRS Advisory Council member, IRS Watchdog, and Small Business Advocate who practices in the United States Tax Court. Charles is a Vietnam War combat veteran and a decorated United States Marine Corps sergeant. He and his partner, Ruth, co-founded Custom Payroll Associates, Inc. and worked together . Charles uses his education, experience, and hard-won expertise to make connections with people at all levels of an organization.
