In this episode, we talk about boundaries for the last time. Here we are looking at how boundaries are not only necessary by helpful and empowering. In the first place, there are boundaries that protect. They can protect our bodies from harm, our souls from sadness, and our creativity from being crushed.
This is not to say that we need to only do “safe” things. We need to set boundaries about what old stories and old habits do to us. The second boundary is one that liberates. If you set a boundary that prevents you from circumstances that are scary or disempowering, you are liberated and will be more. Lastly, there are boundaries that inspire. Examples of dedication to growth always inspire me to be more.
