Shownotes
Not everything has to be new all the time. We can get obsessed with the new and exciting. That which is different. That which is shiny! When we set our strategies, create our content, and plan our lives, we may think that we need to be innovative, but that is not true. We need to be effective. If something is not working, then it should be replaced with something new. If it is working then you should keep it. In messaging, repetition is consistency. People will see the same message and it will sink in. People are busy. They may miss it the first dozen times you say it. It's okay to change up how you deliver the message for variety, but change for the sake of change is rarely a good idea.
