Day 28 | Entering the Final Days

We're on Day 28 of Ramadan, entering the final stretch. There are just a few days left, possibly two or three, depending on when the moon is sighted.

You're not quite at the end yet, but you can feel it approaching. The energy shifts. There's an awareness that this month - with all its rhythms and rituals - is nearly complete.

In this episode, we explore how to be present during these final days of a sacred month.

You'll hear about:

  1. The particular feeling of these final days, not quite ended, but approaching
  2. If you want to be intentional: show up for what's left, spend time with people, let something go
  3. Offering gratitude for the month, the people, the awareness it brought
  4. Permission to rest when you need to, rest is necessary, not giving up
  5. These days don't need to be perfect, they can just be the final days
  6. People put pressure on last days to make up for earlier, but it's about presence, not compensation
  7. Moon sighting anticipation starting to build, the uncertainty, the collective waiting
  8. You've moved through 28 days, shown up however you could, almost there

Showing up - even in small, imperfect ways - is enough.
