What does it mean to be fully human? This is a question I encourage every person listening to the show to ponder. Over the years, I've noticed that the human element of business & leadership gets lost. We get really focused on the results, the outcomes, the strategy, the revenue that we often forget about the people behind those results. I find this usually happens because it can be easier to focus on things we feel like we can control. When we do not have the courage to see ourselves & others as fully human, we create toxic workplaces and reinforce the trauma & stories. What if we could see that person who drives you crazy as human? What if you were able to see that difficult person on your team/in your life as fully human?

We are spiritual beings having a human experience.
Life is always in movement. When we can move with the feeling of life, we can live a richer experience.
Always have a beginner’s mind.
Reality that you experience is only through your lens.
Pay attention to all your stories and understand how that might be shaping your beliefs, views, or biases.
We are all teachers of something. What we choose to teach is up to us.
The root of all suffering is when we seek external validation.
It takes an immense amount of courage to be fully human.
Always dance with the moment right in front of you.
Our job as humans is to say YES when life asks us to dance.
