Are you sick of overwhelm and ready to get clarity? It is time to trust and act upon your intuition!
Key Points:
- Acknowledge when you are overthinking immediately!
- Acknowledge when you are feeling fear, stress, or anxiety immediately.
- Acknowledge when you are fantasizing or imagining how you WANT things to be.
- Use a rubber band on your wrist or another system to snap out of it.
- Create a technique to banish the thoughts and feelings from your mind by kicking them out.
- Lean into your intuition and KNOW that it will work out.
- Your job is to be aware of the signs and act upon them in a timely manner.
The goal is to catch the thoughts and feelings steering you the wrong way as soon as possible.
