Speaker:

Welcome to the We Are Already Free podcast here to support and help free DownToEarth

Speaker:

in embodying their truth and being the change.

Speaker:

It's for anyone who's kind of done with

Speaker:

that old paradigm of focusing on all the things that are wrong and all the things

Speaker:

that we can't change, giving all our energy and time to that and anyone who's

Speaker:

ready to really embody the change and to live their truth.

Speaker:

This is for you.

Speaker:

This is the 10th episode of this podcast and I recently learnt that most podcasts,

Speaker:

something like 90 plus percent fail before their 10th episode.

Speaker:

So I feel like this is a really beautiful milestone and I'm just going to jump right

Speaker:

into it because this is a different kind of episode, it's very vulnerable.

Speaker:

I feel quite nervous about sharing this

Speaker:

and I also feel like it's absolutely appropriate and it's how I've always

Speaker:

attempted to show up in the best way possible.

Speaker:

So what this is about is basically helping me to help you.

Speaker:

So We Are Already Free is this podcast that is in service to this great change.

Speaker:

We are all navigating.

Speaker:

I am Nathan Maingard, as you'll know if

Speaker:

you've listened to previous episodes and I just want to share really candidly and

Speaker:

really openly where I'm at in this moment and how I'd like to ask for your support

Speaker:

and really your support in supporting yourself, which is how this all works.

Speaker:

We are all just the mirror that is reflecting itself.

Speaker:

And so I hope that this all connects in

Speaker:

the way that my intention is aligned with just one of abundance and one of joy and

Speaker:

gratitude that I even get to have this conversation with you.

Speaker:

So basically, on a very practical level, this podcast takes around 10 hours of real

Speaker:

loving, deep labor per episode and it doesn't pay anything at this point.

Speaker:

And I know that with podcasting that eventually I could look at affiliate

Speaker:

marketing and sponsorships and all these other wonderful ways.

Speaker:

And so the reason I'm speaking with you today is because I have dedicated the last

Speaker:

year plus to really skilling myself up to getting the skills of breathwork.

Speaker:

Facilitator. Personal pro coach.

Speaker:

Learning all these new skills.

Speaker:

Really wanting to be in service to We Are Already Free.

Speaker:

To the remembrance. To this mantra.

Speaker:

To this prayer and this actualization.

Speaker:

And to any of you who are on this path.

Speaker:

And I'm having the great joy of working with one to one clients.

Speaker:

I'm just loving it.

Speaker:

It's an amazing experience and at the same

Speaker:

time I'm experiencing this old story in my life of scarcity of finances.

Speaker:

So I'm looking at ways now that I can help you to help me while helping yourself.

Speaker:

And so really this podcast episode is just an ask.

Speaker:

As beautiful Amanda Palmer says, the art of asking.

Speaker:

It's the same feeling that I had when I was a busker in London playing under

Speaker:

bridges and on the side of roads in Camden Town next to the Riverside.

Speaker:

Playing music with my guitar case out and

Speaker:

just trusting that if I provided something that was beautiful.

Speaker:

Something that I cared about.

Speaker:

Something I had passion for.

Speaker:

That other people would hear that and feel that.

Speaker:

And it would connect with some beautiful part of them and they would pay me for it.

Speaker:

And that's what happened.

Speaker:

And that's what I would like to invite for this podcast episode.

Speaker:

So basically what I've done is that if you go to my page at Alreadyfree Me

Speaker:

Connect, you will find ways to support me while supporting yourself.

Speaker:

And what that means, practically, is that I'm doing a live online breath work

Speaker:

session and I'll be doing those occasionally or consistently.

Speaker:

So that's breath work that can help to calm your nervous system to connect into

Speaker:

the present moment, healing, feeling, growing.

Speaker:

I think breath work is probably one of the best things I found for really connecting

Speaker:

to the present and connecting to my sovereignty in this moment.

Speaker:

And that will also include some Healing Heart songs and stories because I'm sure

Speaker:

you know that humans are really story oriented in how we meet life.

Speaker:

So if we tell better stories and listen to better stories, stories that empower us,

Speaker:

our whole life changes, the whole experience of the world changes.

Speaker:

So I'm offering that as well as my five day morning practice challenge.

Speaker:

If you don't have a consistent morning routine, it is an unbelievably powerful

Speaker:

and unbelievably powerful way to transform your life.

Speaker:

There's a beautiful saying how we spend

Speaker:

our days is of course, how we spend our lives.

Speaker:

And I've discovered that how I spend my morning is generally how I spend my day.

Speaker:

So this is a really basic it's like a mini course that will help you to set up or

Speaker:

restart a very simple, very basic morning practice that will then set you up for the

Speaker:

rest of the day and so the rest of your life.

Speaker:

That's also available at that link.

Speaker:

And you can also, if you so desire, become one of the ongoing members.

Speaker:

So basically, with the morning practice

Speaker:

challenge, it's hosted on a new community platform.

Speaker:

That is the we are already free Academy.

Speaker:

Basically a place that I'm envisioning

Speaker:

that everyone who loves listening to this podcast and everyone who's connected with

Speaker:

my poetry and my songs and all of these messages that are coming through and would

Speaker:

like to connect with other people around the world, to feel, heal and grow

Speaker:

together, to practice our sovereignty, to practice really showing up.

Speaker:

What does that mean?

Speaker:

Conscious communication, breath work, morning practices, focusing on what we can

Speaker:

change, what we can embody inside of ourselves, making peace inside of

Speaker:

ourselves, and trusting that through that, the whole world changes.

Speaker:

So I'm creating this community platform, which is where the challenge is hosted.

Speaker:

So you can either just buy the challenge for a one soft price.

Speaker:

The Morning Practice Challenge.

Speaker:

Or you can join the community for a kind of pioneer member subscription.

Speaker:

Which is just going to be limited to the

Speaker:

first sort of 30 or so people who join at that level.

Speaker:

And that'll get you access to the live events.

Speaker:

To any courses that I create in the future.

Speaker:

To the community chat rooms. Et cetera.

Speaker:

And again, as I've said before, you will

Speaker:

be supporting this podcast directly because, as you know, it takes a lot of

Speaker:

time, it takes a lot of effort, and I love doing it.

Speaker:

And I'm realizing it's really important that I ask for support in this moment

Speaker:

because I've got my beautiful lady Carly and this piece of land that we're working

Speaker:

on, and I really have this feeling of, wow, I do enjoy giving so much.

Speaker:

And I feel the old wound of just wanting to give and give and give so that

Speaker:

everyone's like, oh, Nathan's a lovely guy.

Speaker:

What a nice guy Nathan is.

Speaker:

Meanwhile, I'm over here being like, I don't know how to afford the next month.

Speaker:

And I'm saying that really with the likeness of heart.

Speaker:

I don't feel like a victim here.

Speaker:

I feel empowered.

Speaker:

I feel excited that I get to share this

Speaker:

message that we are already free, that literally, we can choose where to put our

Speaker:

energy and our resources to grow more of the world that we believe in together.

Speaker:

I mean, what a phenomenal experience.

Speaker:

And then the final thing that you'll find on that page is a link to a free one to

Speaker:

one discovery call, a discovery session with me.

Speaker:

As you may or may not know, I work as an intuitive transformational guide.

Speaker:

I have counseling experience, I have a certification as a pro personal coach, as

Speaker:

well as my breath work facilitation, as well as just a lifetime of being deeply

Speaker:

empathetic and deeply feeling in this reality that we're in.

Speaker:

And the feedback from all my clients so far has been amazing.

Speaker:

So if you are one of them, thank you for beautiful work with me.

Speaker:

It's such an honor to watch you blossom and transform.

Speaker:

I've just got back from a weekend away.

Speaker:

I cofacilitated a breath work retreat at

Speaker:

Bodhikaya Nature Retreat Center here in South Africa and the 16 beautiful people

Speaker:

who came, and my cofacilitator and organizer, Olivia Moon.

Speaker:

It was a reminder of the fact that when we

Speaker:

come together and open our hearts and breathe together and laugh and cry and get

Speaker:

in the water and eat good food and really just sink into the present moment and

Speaker:

allow the present moment to fully emanate through us.

Speaker:

To resonate as we realize that this whole existence that we're having is music.

Speaker:

Is that we are alive in the song of life.

Speaker:

It is the deepest medicine.

Speaker:

I felt just complete expansion in that space, and that's what's inspired me to

Speaker:

ask for help, is to realize I'm not alone and I don't have to pretend I don't have

Speaker:

to pretend to be some guy who's got my story all together.

Speaker:

And I know how to talk to your pain points so that you sign up.

Speaker:

And I'm just talking from my heart to your heart.

Speaker:

And if you feel it, take action.

Speaker:

So again, one more time already, free me.

Speaker:

Connect that's, connect.

Speaker:

And I look forward to connecting with you further.

Speaker:

We have beautiful guests lined up on this podcast back to normal as always, every

Speaker:

week, just sharing this love and this joy with the world.

Speaker:

So thank you.

Speaker:

Wherever you are, whoever you are, however you are.

Speaker:

Blessings on the path.

Speaker:

I'll see you in the next episode, and hopefully I'll see you really soon in one

Speaker:

of the other places, in one of the other sharings.
