As a leader, the success of your team is directly related to the habits you have.
How can you put new habits in your life and make sure they stick? What apps can you use to help? Why is gratitude so powerful?
On this episode, I talk about some of the things you need to do to bring the best version of yourself to your team.
Three Things You'll Learn:
- Lars’s 6 daily habits are reading the Bible, eating whole foods, drinking water, journaling, meditating, and working out for at least 30 minutes.
- Instead of a “5am challenge”, think of it as an 8pm challenge. Prioritize going to bed between 8pm and 11pm so that you’re able to operate at a high level the next day.
- Once a week, take a clarity break for 60-90 minutes. Take time away from your everyday routine to look at your life, your relationships, and your business. Don’t bring technology into your clarity break. All you need is a journal.
Success isn’t complicated. It’s just a matter of working on developing good habits and staying committed to them, even when it’s challenging. If you want to change the results you’re getting, you have to be willing to do things differently. You can start by evaluating your life and zoning in on an area you aren’t happy with. From there you can set habits in motion to change that area.
If you stack these habits, over a long period of time, you’ll have many productive habits that will naturally become part of how you operate.
