Alex Neist is a former pro athlete whose personal story inspired him to begin to start a company to help not only improve the quality of sleep but also the habits that go with it.

One is snoring via mouth breathing.

His own story and struggle with it led him to create a unique product—mouth tape–which helps with improving breathing AND sleep.

In this episode we talk about his struggles, and he offers tips aimed at helping you accomplish better breathing patterns so you can sleep well.
