Tim Heatley is the founder of Capital & Centric, a social impact developer, investor and operator based in Manchester. Spending over £2million a week on regeneration, Tim is partly responsible for transforming the Manchester skyline as we know it. Tim is also chief fundraiser for the mayor’s homeless charity.

In this episode, Tim gives us an insight into how he came from humble beginnings to become a successful property developer, adding social value to the city, the difference between regeneration and gentrification, his appearance on BBC show Manctopia and his charity work.
