Even though this pregnancy has been harder on my body than my first two, I’ve felt completely different in a lot of ways too. I’ve learned so much when it comes to my health and habits over the last few years; it’s the whole ‘when you know better, you do better’ concept. I know without a doubt, the intentionality that I have built into my life over the last few years has dramatically impacted this pregnancy, and my body just feels better prepared this time around.
