Another first Toronto is hosting its first Spiritist Film Festival on May 31 at Innistown Hall.

The event will screen three films, Nobody Belongs to Anyone, Chico Forever and Astral City 2, followed by a Q and A with director Wagner de Assis, a great opportunity for spiritual cinema fans.

In other big news, near death experiences were the focus of a recent episode of the Oprah podcast. Oprah interviewed Dr. Bruce Grayson, a top researcher in the field, and actor Jeremy Renner shared his personal NDE story.
