Episode Summary
In this week's episode, I interview Inbal Claudio, a wife and mom of three as well as a three-time entrepreneur. She is originally from Israel and currently resides in southern California. As a candle maker turned tech founder, turned community builder, Inbal's passion for empowering women entrepreneurs has led her to create Like Minded Collective. LMC Is a social media platform for dreamers, creators, and female founders to connect and learn from each other.
The genesis for creating this community started when Inbal was searching for a community herself. She kept being bombarded by business coaches, influencers, and other entrepreneurs all trying to sell their services without getting to know her or her business. That is when Inbal realized she needed to create the community she wanted. One where genuine connections can be made before any true 'business' is discussed or exchanged.
If you are interested in community; how to find it, build it, and organically grow it, Inbal has the insights to help. As an introvert herself, she knows how difficult it can be to make genuine connections with new people. Listen as she breaks down how she makes her events introvert-friendly to ensure everyone feels supported and welcomed from the minute they arrive.
Inbal's mission is to make sure every single female founder (no matter what stage their business is in) knows how incredible they are and they have the support that they need. Throughout this podcast, you will hear how she works towards her mission, and the challenges she has faced and overcome throughout that process.
