How did that connection kind of occur?

TY: Yeah, so when we came to open up

in Carolina Beach, the brunches in

Carolina Beach, Danny came to me and

asked if I wanted to be a, a part of it.

So I invested in it.

We opened it together and that's

when we kind of started spending a

lot of time together and coming up

with some ideas and things like that.

And the fireworks just

So we created the holding company,

the brunches holding company.

capital through one partner.

We dissolved all the individual

LLCs under one holding company.

came to us and said, Hey, do you guys

the number one retailer out there.
