[:I'm excited for this next year and how awesome it's going to be. So welcome to this special Year end episode of Thrive Yard Pornography. As we wrap up the year, let's reflect on some key lessons that we've explored together over the last year. This year, we've talked about how empowerment comes from within and how reframing challenges can fuel growth.
And I think that's a really important one. This is essential to just getting to a place where you're in charge of your decisions and becoming somebody who makes decisions based on your agency and being empowered within that, rather than being someone who is not doing what they're supposed to and living in the land of should.
In addition to that, we talked about new Frameworks like the detour cycle and diffusion tools like NAB, leaves on a stream, trains on a track, the one minute meditation.
So many of these tools have helped many of you understand and navigate your behaviors more effectively.
We've also talked about the importance of aligning actions with the values and not focusing simply on outcomes, but really getting in tune with our values so that our actions will simply start to follow the value structure that we want to live by, not simply saying, I need to just stop this one behavior, but really holistically looking at the framework and the life structure that you have and aligning yourself with the values that you want to be aligned with.
As you think about all the things that we have learned this year together, and you specifically as an individual, I want you to take a moment and think, what's one lesson from this year that has resonated with you and how has it shaped your journey?
I also want to talk about Wins and milestones and celebrating progress.
This year has been filled with incredible milestones and it's important to celebrate progress, yours and I'm excited to celebrate my own progress and the progress of the Thrive Beyond Pornography community.
Let's talk about your wins. I've heard from so many of you about breakthroughs, big and small, whether it's recognizing a trigger, staying true to your values, or finding new ways to connect with loved ones.
Every single step that you have taken towards being someone who can thrive beyond pornography matters.
Thank you so much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a listener and sharing your wins with me and with your circle of friends and family. I truly love hearing about them, whether it's in the reviews that you guys leave on iTunes or through the emails that you send me.
It's amazing to hear from you.
This year, it's been amazing to see how many lives have been impacted through this work. Thousands of you have tuned into the podcast and explored topics that help you align with your end goal of thriving beyond pornography and help you build the life that you want.
On a more personal level. I've had the privilege of coaching 50 new individuals and couples this year, each with their own unique journey, challenges, and successes.
I really try not to go over 50 coaching clients a year Because it starts to become too difficult to meet the needs of every single individual and couple that I,That I work with.
But together we have worked through habits, reframed setbacks, and celebrated progress.
And so I'm so grateful for that. Knowing that this work is helping so many people find hope, empowerment, and transformation is, I think, the greatest milestone of all. Thank you for trusting me to be a part of your journey.
Remember, celebrating progress, even if it feels small, reinforces that progress and the habits behind it and the mindset that that leads to success.
So ask yourself, what's one win that you can celebrate from this last year and celebrate it. Celebrate it with somebody you trust and love.
Now I want to talk about building momentum for this coming year. The end of the year is a perfect time to reflect on And set intentions.
Here's a simple framework that you can use to reflect on and build momentum for the coming year.
It's just three ideas. What went well this year. So what are you proud of?
What could improve, you know, without judgment, without ridicule, without saying "I'm not enough," identify some specific areas that you want to grow in.
And then what's one value driven goal for the coming year, focus on what aligns with the person that you want to be, not just at specific outcome.
As we move into the new year. Remember that consistency, not perfection is key.
Whether it's practicing being mindful or creating new habits, every effort that you make matters.
It's important to remember thriving beyond setbacks is key to success in the long run. This year has reminded all of us that setbacks are part of the process. And we've learned how to reframe these moments as opportunities for growth and gives us data to learn from.
e. It allows us to check out [:As you think about this year, what have your challenges taught you? What have you learned from the difficult moments? And how can you use that knowledge to thrive in this coming year?
As I close out this episode, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to you. My listeners, my clients, my supporters.
You have made this journey meaningful. And your growth inspires me every single day.
Looking ahead, my vision is to continue providing tools, insights, and support to help you thrive beyond pornography. And I encourage you to reflect on your own vision for this coming year. What's one thing that you're going to commit to in the journey to thriving beyond pornography and to creating a sense of self mastery and being the person that you expect yourself to be?
