I have a fun episode to share with you today, and it’s a little different than normal! I was a guest on my friend Sarah Zastrow’s podcast, Throwing Wrenches Mending Fences, and it was a really powerful conversation that left me feeling so uplifted when I was done. I decided to share that interview with you this week, so you’ll still get to hear from me, but also, you’ll get to meet and learn from Sarah too (spoiler-she’s amazing)!
