The book recommendation in this episode is called 30 Ways To Achieve Happiness By Aidh Ibn Abdullah Al-Qarni.

This is an excellent short little book that teaches 30 ways or habits that can help us to achieve the beautiful emotional habit of happiness and encourages us to develop these habits. And in this episode, I share a few of these ways or habits.
