This week we’ve got a super simple, but very tasty recipe - maybe one to try with the kids?
Here’s Jenny Deal from Tregony to explain all:
175 gr. Bulgar wheat or cous cous
1 tsp. Salt
Approx 330 ml. Boiling water
Mix all 3 and Leave to stand for 15 - 20 minutes
Mix together 50 ml. Olive oil and 50 ml. Lemon juice.
Add lots of fresh mint and parsley chopped and 1 clove crushed garlic.
Leave for several hours or overnight and then add some chopped tomatoes and diced cucumber.
