Are you happy?

Is there something you would like change, or improve in your life?

Then stay tuned, as I share with you 10 Things You Can Stop Doing to Improve Your Life.

So often people say they want change this, or improve that, but they get stuck thinking and talking about what they don’t want, or what they’re not happy with, but they never actually do anything about it.

As we get more of what we focus on, if you keep thinking, talking and moaning about these things, then we’re just going to keep ourselves stuck where we don’t want to be.

Instead I want you to focus on what you can stop doing to change your life for the better.

It’s important to identify what we don’t want and that you’re not happy with, but then you need to shift your focus, you need to make some decisions and commitments for the things you’re going to stop doing, to change and improve your life for the better.

So, here’s 10 things you can STOP doing to improve your mindset and your life…

Stop…

  1. Excuses
  2. Self-doubt
  3. Comparing yourself to others
  4. Bad habits
  5. Worrying and overthinking
  6. Negative self-talk
  7. Trying to please everyone
  8. Worrying what others think of you
  9. Stop worrying about things you cannot control
  10. Stop pressing snooze on your goals & start living the life you want

 

And the bonus one that covers everything…

“Stop focusing on what you don’t want and focus your thoughts, time, energy and actions on moving you towards what you actually want!”

This list of 10 is by no means limited, if there is a thought, a habit a behaviour in your life, that no longer serves you any useful purpose, then you first have to make a decision to stop it!

Tell yourself and affirm… I am going to Stop __(fill in the blank)___ now!

Stop is a powerful command to your mindset, so take the time to decide what you are going to stop.

Once you’ve done that, you are clearing some space where you can think about the thought, habits and behaviours that you can start doing that which will enhance and enrich your life and help you achieve the goals and the life that you want.
