Caroline Lamb is the current Chief Executive of NHS Scotland and the Director General of Health and Social Care within the Scottish Government. She joins Greg and Sesi to reflect on her leadership journey but also her experiences of leading through the pandemic in a number of portfolio areas within the Scottish Government. Passionate about leadership, empowering others, and inclusivity, Caroline also touches on the recent International Women’s Day and how we can ensure more women are afforded similar leadership opportunities.
