No, we're not harkening back to our college years. We're talking about the mental strength and fortitude to pull ourselves together personally and professionally. Setbacks are way of life and we would be hard-pressed for anyone to have not encountered a setback. But what happens after a situation happens? Do we give up? Do we change course? Do we whisper to a scream?
