Shownotes

Paul Moffatt made a decision, late in his career, to become a bus driver. He applied to the local transit authority, studied for and attained his Class 2 drivers license. He has discovered that, of all the different jobs he has worked at through his career, being a bus driver is the absolute best. As a people person, Paul has found his niche.

We are going to explore the process Paul went through to make this decision, why he loves the job so intensely, and where else this has taken him to in the latter years of his career.

About the Guest – Paul Moffatt

Paul worked most of his career as management in the food industry in the United States. He also sold cars for many years (GM Sales master and Salesman) and developed a multi-million-dollar commercial real estate.

Having graduated from West Vancouver Secondary School in the lower mainland of British Columbia, he decided to return to Canada after many years of being away. A move to Victoria led him to a decision to apply his people skills differently. Paul researched, applied, attained his Class 2 driver’s license, and became a bus driver for BC Transit. In a recent conversation with him he shared that he has never been happier. Paul loves his new occupation and is very glad he pursued this new career opportunity.
