Shownotes

What if the reason your content feels forced, your offers feel heavy, and your business feels like it belongs to someone else, isn't a strategy problem? What if it's actually a wiring problem?

In this milestone 50th episode of Heart-Led CEO, Anacani Walters welcomes her very first guest: Panda Hershey, founder of Your Full Expression and creator of the Inner Compass Framework.

Panda comes from a science and institutional finance background, became an acupressure practitioner, and has spent nearly a decade helping high-capacity women decode their natural rhythm, relationship dynamics, and how to make decisions that finally feel like them. She is not your typical astrologer. She's a pattern reader.

And once you see how you're wired? You really can't unsee it.

In this conversation, Anacani and Panda go deep on:

  • Why you don't have to learn astrology to use the Inner Compass Framework - Panda's system distills 14 tools into plain-English sentences you just read
  • The degrees of your astrological chart (0–29) and what they reveal about whether you are an initiator, a builder, or an integrator, and what that means for how you run your business and your day
  • Why therapy, coaching, and personality tests can leave you feeling like something is still missing, and what actually fills that gap
  • The emotional moment Panda shared about her own mother, and the same pattern showing up in Anacani's relationship with her 4-year-old son Garfield
  • How to stop timing conversations with your partner wrong, and why it has nothing to do with love and everything to do with wiring
  • Mercury retrograde reframed: why it's not a threat, it's your built-in integration window
  • How Panda uses AI as "another brain" for pattern recognition, and why AI will never replace the subtlety of her work
  • How Anacani uses her own Inner Compass cards + AI together to build a business that fits how she's actually wired, not how she thinks she should be

This episode is for the woman who has done all the right things and still walks away from coaching programs feeling like she was the problem. It's for the mother trying to be present for a child who experiences the world differently. It's for the entrepreneur who keeps climbing the mountain and wonders if she's ever going to feel close to the top.

Sister, you're not broken. You're wired differently. And nobody handed you the manual.

Until now.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN IN THIS EPISODE

  • How to use your wiring to structure your business, your day, and your relationships, without fighting yourself

Speaker A:

Welcome.

Speaker A:

Welcome my beautiful friend.

Speaker A:

Woo hoo.

Speaker A:

We made it to our 50th episode.

Speaker A:

I've been able to do it since we moved from Japan to Hawaii and we made it to the 50th.

Speaker A:

I'm like in the top 20% of podcasters because most people don't ever make it to their 50th, which was pretty cool to know.

Speaker A:

And I have with me today Panda Hershey.

Speaker A:

She is the founder of your Full Expression and the creator of the Inner Compass Framework, a precision tool that uses astrology not to predict the future, although I say that she can predict the future, but to decode how you're actually wired.

Speaker A:

She came from a science and institutional finance background, then she became an acupressure practitioner and and has literally spent nearly a decade helping high capacity women understand their natural rhythm, the relationship dynamics, and how to make decisions that finally feel like them.

Speaker A:

She is not your typical astrologer.

Speaker A:

She's a pattern Reader.

Speaker A:

And I have personally experienced what it feels like to have her turn that lens onto myself, my son and my husband.

Speaker A:

So welcome to the show, Panda.

Speaker B:

So exciting to be here.

Speaker B:

What an honor.

Speaker A:

Okay, Panda, like science, finance, acupressure and astrology, it is such a crazy, crazy journey.

Speaker A:

And have you ever gone back to your own personal journey and look to see if there's this running thread that runs through all of it?

Speaker A:

For me, you know that I was a medic in the air Force, I was in surgical oncology, and then I became a stand up paddle board instructor, a yoga teacher, a pre and postnatal yoga teacher, and now I'm teaching AI.

Speaker A:

But for me, I see this linear pattern that runs through all of them because they all connect together in terms of things that I've done.

Speaker A:

Do you have anything like that for yourself?

Speaker B:

I think the one thing that kind of connects everything is that I am all about pattern recognition.

Speaker B:

That is my jam.

Speaker B:

On my off time, I do like jigsaw puzzles and that's about pattern recognition.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

And that's actually why I had to leave science because I found that I wasn't great at designing the next experiment, but I was great at analyzing data.

Speaker B:

And what I really found is that astrology is all about pattern recognition.

Speaker B:

So that's kind of the thing.

Speaker B:

Plus, I love people.

Speaker B:

I'm just, I'm wired to care about people and connection and anything that I can do to make us love ourselves more and have great connection with the people in our lives, that is what I'm all about.

Speaker B:

Beautiful.

Speaker A:

Now you describe astrology as more of like this precision tool and not necessarily like a prediction.

Speaker A:

And for my listeners who were maybe like me, who maybe written astrology office, maybe not for them, what would you say to that woman right now?

Speaker A:

Because for me, it's not so much that I didn't believe in astrology.

Speaker A:

Like, I know I knew coming into your world that like, I was born under the Scorpio sun and moon sign.

Speaker A:

And I knew and kind of had an understanding of how it affected my personality and certain traits that I've seen throughout my like, life.

Speaker A:

But I never really followed it at the capacity of like your membership inner compass that I, you know, am part of now.

Speaker A:

And I mean, when I'm on those calls, you hear me, like, this is like, I don't understand Panda and I really have to slow you down to break it down for me.

Speaker A:

But for the person that hasn't gotten to that space yet, what would you say to them now if they're Listening.

Speaker B:

I would say to them that you don't have to learn astrology to use it.

Speaker B:

I have a system that takes all the like funky language and all the things you think you have to memorize and just distills all of it into 14 sentences that you read.

Speaker B:

It's like teasing apart all your wiring and when you can just see how you're wired in plain English and put words to the things that you have felt and how, how complex you are as a human being, that you're not just one thing and if it resonates and it helps you understand yourself and appreciate all the things that you are and that you can do, then that's, that's what I'm there for.

Speaker B:

And if that's not your thing, that's totally fine.

Speaker B:

But I say just give it a chance and see what happens.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

And I mean, I really like that.

Speaker A:

Like me, there's a lot of stuff that some people would consider like woo woo in what I do, but I come from a medical background which it's got that science background.

Speaker A:

So we believe in what we can see and what we can prove.

Speaker A:

We, we have to see the proof to make sure that we are on board with, with it.

Speaker A:

As in whether it's medication or a therapy process or anything like that.

Speaker A:

And so when I went back to school to become a microbiologist, because that was the goal before I went and became a stand up paddleboard instructor, I was learning to become a microbio.

Speaker A:

I started having to take chemistry and things that I really hadn't had to take prior to and seeing like there's just this natural energy.

Speaker A:

For me it was, is the energy of everything.

Speaker A:

It doesn't matter whether it's a rock or an actual person.

Speaker A:

The air, things that we can't justify in our minds as humans, it's really hard to put it into perspective.

Speaker A:

But even the air, it, it has energy, it has density.

Speaker A:

And just the same way it helped me actually become a better instructor, especially out on the water, because a lot of people, when I would say certain instructions, it didn't make sense to them in their mind.

Speaker A:

But when I had words to actually say it, which came from my chemistry class of how to see matter, because that's what it all is.

Speaker A:

It's all, we're all just particles, we're all matter in some sense.

Speaker A:

And so for me it was really easy to take science and to take what some people would consider that spiritual woo woo.

Speaker A:

As you know, for you it's that astrology and the, the planetary energy Which I completely believe in, because, you know, I have that lunar buying belief framework.

Speaker A:

So the lunar energy is very powerful to me.

Speaker A:

And for some people who may not be menstruating, the lunar energy is just another way to still channel that and still track what is affecting from your environment, your inner self.

Speaker A:

And so for you, walk us through the inner compass framework, because that is the basis of literally everything that you teach.

Speaker A:

And what does it actually show someone about themselves?

Speaker B:

Sure.

Speaker B:

So if you've ever looked at your birth chart, it looks very complicated and it's got all these little symbols on it that show you your son.

Speaker B:

So a lot of you may know that you're a libra, I'm a libra or a Capricorn, and that's, that's great.

Speaker B:

But there are so many other symbols in your birth chart.

Speaker B:

You may know you have a moon sign or a rising sign.

Speaker B:

So I work with 14 things, including the three I just mentioned.

Speaker B:

But I add something that no other astrologer seems to pay attention to, and that is the degrees at which those things occur.

Speaker B:

So a Libra born on September 21 is not the same as a Libra born on October 16.

Speaker B:

They have a different energy.

Speaker B:

That tool comes into play.

Speaker B:

And so my framework distills each one of those tools into a very simple sentence.

Speaker B:

For example, my son sentence, I call it Mindful Action, is I mindfully act through matching the energy of another person.

Speaker B:

That's how I do things.

Speaker B:

And so I make a sentence for every single one of these tools that you have, these 14 tools, and then using those degrees, and you don't have to know those things, I produce them for you.

Speaker B:

And when you put them in order by degrees, that actually shows how you experience life.

Speaker B:

Like the order in which you do things and what people find, because they can be from 0 to 29 degrees, is that if you've got a lot of tools that are from 0 to 9 degrees, you tend to be one of these people that initiates a lot of.

Speaker B:

In any situation, you just get going, you get up early in the morning and it's not a big deal.

Speaker B:

Whereas if you're someone who is an integrator, then you have a lot of tools from 20 to 29 degrees.

Speaker B:

And you might be one of those people who kind of sits back and watches everything unfold, and then you come in at the very end and wrap things up.

Speaker B:

But we're all just this beautiful combination of all these different types of tools.

Speaker B:

And this is a wonderful explanation for why you might be someone who jumps in right away or someone who tends to hang back.

Speaker B:

And when people start to understand this about themselves, I hear this sigh of relief from them, like, oh, that's why I do that.

Speaker B:

Maybe that's why I can't speak up at meetings, or I can't think of that point until the next day.

Speaker B:

But then people start to accept themselves and love who they are and know where their contributions come most naturally.

Speaker A:

Awesome.

Speaker B:

Does that help?

Speaker A:

Yes, it does.

Speaker A:

Which leads right into my next question so beautifully.

Speaker A:

Because what I hear from so many women in my community is that, like, they've done therapy and coaching programs and personality tasks, but they also still feel like something's missing.

Speaker A:

And for me, you really helped me within my own, like, CEO journey, because I always still felt like I was doing so much wrong of things, just felt harder than they should.

Speaker A:

And when you finally helped me get my 12 cards and do my inner compass cards and really sit down with me and explain what they actually meant, because for me, I just conceptually had a hard time.

Speaker A:

Like, I was like, I read it Panda, but it sounds like it's the same thing over and over.

Speaker A:

I was like, it feels like it's.

Speaker A:

It's a bad thing.

Speaker A:

Like, that I'm too emotional.

Speaker A:

And you're like, no, no, no.

Speaker A:

And I love how you, when you're looking at someone else's cards, like, there is no judgment and there is no good or bad card.

Speaker A:

It is just what I always say in.

Speaker A:

In my podcast is awareness.

Speaker A:

It's an awareness is power.

Speaker A:

Because once you know how you naturally act to certain things or how you make decisions or how you function in your day to day in terms of, like, because you've even explained it to the point where this is how you start your day, and then this is what your mind and your body are going through in the middle of the day.

Speaker A:

And then this is what it goes towards the end of the day for the woman who's still out there and, like.

Speaker A:

And I would consider myself a little bit advanced because I've done a lot of, like, inner work and shadow work and yoga therapy to get me to a really healthy place with my, you know, my past.

Speaker A:

But funny enough, it did not help me with, like, my present.

Speaker A:

It helped me deal with the past, but what you helped me figure out is the present in moving forward.

Speaker A:

And how can.

Speaker A:

If I want a better future, you've given me the tools to know what I need to do to have better relationships.

Speaker A:

Moving forward.

Speaker A:

Where do you think the inner compass?

Speaker A:

Like, within your own words?

Speaker A:

Because I have a hard time explaining to people, like, how do you think your inner compass framework fills that gap of like, when we feel like something is missing and I just don't know what it is, like why I keep making the same decisions.

Speaker A:

And they're not like great, like I, you know, they're not leading to what I needed to.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

So I'm in as an entrepreneur also.

Speaker B:

I'm in a bunch of coaching containers with terrific coaches who help people get fantastic results.

Speaker B:

And one of the things that I notice is that we often go to our coaches.

Speaker B:

I did in the very beginning when I had never had a coach before and I would just listen to what he was saying about how to do things.

Speaker B:

And there were times where I felt like, I don't get it, I don't operate that way.

Speaker B:

This doesn't work for me.

Speaker B:

And I didn't know how to.

Speaker B:

I had to figure out how to adapt it to the way I work.

Speaker B:

And so that is where taking someone else's coaching container and figuring out what works for you and what doesn't.

Speaker B:

Someone may say, you gotta get up early first thing.

Speaker B:

But if you're not that person, if you don't have tools to get up early and get started, that is not going to work for you.

Speaker B:

You might be one of these night people and this helps you feel like there is nothing wrong with you, that it's okay that you switch things up to make it work for you.

Speaker B:

So as an entrepreneur, I think that's one of the best things that you get, that your business can be your business.

Speaker B:

It doesn't have to follow anyone else's framework.

Speaker B:

But the second thing is like being able to work with the people on your team.

Speaker B:

And also so many of us have families, partners or children that we're dealing with and that having good relationships with them and understanding how you can't.

Speaker B:

We get to a certain age where we realize we have been everything to everyone around us.

Speaker B:

And I've gotten to an age where that just didn't work anymore.

Speaker B:

I used to get up when I was in the corporate world.

Speaker B:

I got up at 4am in the morning so I could be in the office at 5.

Speaker B:

o would want to talk to me at:

Speaker B:

And that was not sustainable.

Speaker B:

I couldn't figure out why she couldn't talk to me earlier because I was not as skilled as an astrologer.

Speaker B:

But now I know and now I could figure out how to work with that.

Speaker B:

But this is what the inner compass framework does Is it helps you understand, okay, here's where I can really help someone in my family.

Speaker B:

Here's where I can connect.

Speaker B:

Here's actually a space where they can do things on their own and I actually don't have to do everything for them.

Speaker B:

Or here's where these two individuals can take care of dinner or get themselves ready in the morning, or my partner can come in and do this work.

Speaker B:

But I know that these are the times where I'm the one that needs to take care of everyone.

Speaker B:

And this is where you start to arrange your life so it feels.

Speaker B:

Feels like it's sustainable because by the time you get to your, you know, late 40s, 50s, 60s, you're done with doing it the old way.

Speaker B:

And, yeah, I just think it's such a relief when you realize you don't have to be everything to everyone.

Speaker A:

And I think for me, and the reason that I really wanted you to be on this podcast is because as wellness entrepreneurs, we are naturally givers, and we always usually place ourselves last.

Speaker A:

I meet so many people.

Speaker A:

Like, in my oncology nursing days, there would be so many.

Speaker A:

Like, I had a nun who was diagnosed with breast cancer, and she would miss so many, like, oncology and radiation appointments because she was tending to other people in her parish and, like, home.

Speaker A:

Like, she's a nun, so she was doing outreach in the community, homeless people and all these projects.

Speaker A:

And I was like, sister, if you do not take care of yourself, you are not going to be able to continue the work that God has given to you.

Speaker A:

You cannot pour from an empty cup.

Speaker A:

And if you do not keep yourself, you know, these appointments, the cancer is going to grow, you're going to get sicker, and you're not going to be able to do anything.

Speaker A:

And then you're going to meet Jesus before you were supposed to.

Speaker A:

And so it's really hard because we're called to our work.

Speaker A:

It's this gravitational pull that a lot of us can't even really understand.

Speaker A:

That's why we have a hard time accepting money for it, because it just this natural thing that just feels like it's what we're supposed to do.

Speaker A:

It's healing work.

Speaker A:

It's things that was like, these people are hurting.

Speaker A:

I'm helping them, and you want me to charge for them.

Speaker A:

So what you're saying just aligns a lot, because I feel like I've never thought about that because I've been reading, like, the five habits of seven and eight Figure business owners, and one of the first things is waking up at, like, 4 or 5 in the morning and you've read my cards.

Speaker A:

I'm not necessarily the best morning person, but also for me, most of the people in your community, they are older.

Speaker A:

And me, I'm in a special situation because I decided to have children later.

Speaker A:

I was 40 when I got pregnant.

Speaker A:

So most of the people that are in my circle space don't get some of the stuff that I'm having to deal with because their children are already in high school or in college.

Speaker A:

And I'm starting with a four year old now, starting Thursday, even though you read our cards and side by side, we're going to go into now the relationship side of it because that's to me, the dynamic when it comes to your work and to women is even in whether it's wellness or military or any type of entrepreneur.

Speaker A:

That's where I feel like it's super powerful because they say the top five people that you hang around with in terms of every day are the ones who shape your environment and shape you.

Speaker A:

And I really.

Speaker A:

You talk about, you know, believing that our closest relationships are where we tend to grow the most.

Speaker A:

And the inner compass framework shows the relationship dynamic, like you were saying, and whether you're talking about somebody that I feel like there's this difference because in the business you technically have the option to choose who you work with.

Speaker A:

You have the choice of who you hire as a coach, who you hire as a va, and just even taking like something as simple as your framework to apply it to part of your hiring process to make sure that you're early on finding out if this is the right person to necessarily work with or if you're choosing a partner in your business.

Speaker A:

But I feel like we spend so much time at home, at least we hope we do.

Speaker A:

I get that we're entrepreneurs and sometimes it takes away from our family time, but knowing when you should be doing some of your work so that you can match the timing of your partner or your child so that there's not a neglect if we are trying to be present as wellness entrepreneurs, because that is one of our top values, being present for our families or somebody at home.

Speaker A:

It sometimes isn't enough to just be there physically if they're not in a space where they're accepting your presence.

Speaker A:

I feel like.

Speaker A:

And so how does the inner compass show up in like the relationship, like our partners, our kids, or even our relationships with our own business in terms of like how you've built out the framework.

Speaker B:

So in terms of relationships, when you have children, when you have A partner that you love dearly, but there are parts of them that absolutely drive you crazy.

Speaker B:

This gives you language for seeing the dynamic that is going on underneath.

Speaker B:

We all actually have this tool for stepping away from the crowd.

Speaker B:

It's your rising sign, believe it or not.

Speaker B:

And when one person is stepping away and at the same time the other person wants to go do something, then there's a conflict that will keep coming back time after time.

Speaker B:

And this is where I coach people on how to navigate that dynamic.

Speaker B:

And with the people we love, we're willing to do the work.

Speaker B:

With a client, you just, you can get rid of them, that's totally fine.

Speaker B:

But with our children, we do not have that option.

Speaker B:

And.

Speaker B:

And so we're willing to do the work.

Speaker A:

I was just gonna say that was just like unlike some relationships in business, that's what I forgot to say, is that you can't choose your family.

Speaker A:

Like you're.

Speaker A:

And I'm when we say family because, you know, it's not just your children and your spouse.

Speaker A:

This can relate to your mom, like your parents, your siblings.

Speaker A:

Especially if like your.

Speaker A:

You and your siblings don't get along or it hasn't been historically something that you guys have been compatible.

Speaker A:

It could just be like understanding that saying, that's what I think about when I think about your work Panda is that saying of you never judge a person until you walked a mile in their shoes.

Speaker B:

And.

Speaker A:

And it feels like your inner compass framework allows me to have a glimpse of what it's like to be in their shoes on a day to day basis.

Speaker A:

So that when I reflect back at something that may not have gone right, an argument or something, that I'm like, gosh, what a baby.

Speaker A:

So selfish.

Speaker A:

But then I look back and I'm like, I can see how they didn't see it that way.

Speaker A:

And how if I had this information prior to that conversation could have gone so differently.

Speaker B:

Absolutely.

Speaker B:

Parents, so true.

Speaker B:

Like, my parents are in their 80s.

Speaker B:

And one thing I discovered with my mom is she's always felt like separated from her family, like she didn't really belong.

Speaker B:

And when I saw her cards.

Speaker B:

Sorry, I'm getting really emotional.

Speaker A:

Take a breath.

Speaker A:

But.

Speaker B:

What I could see from the cards is that my dad and I have always been close and that my dad and I are so in sync that we would step away to do something together.

Speaker B:

And like a few ticks after that, my mom would have something she would want to bring to someone's attention, but we were already gone.

Speaker B:

And so it's why she always Felt like she didn't belong because there was no one there to receive what she wanted to say.

Speaker B:

And so I make a point now, I see them every weekend of asking her what.

Speaker B:

What's happening?

Speaker B:

Because I want her to know that she's appreciated because I know I don't have that much time left with her.

Speaker B:

And.

Speaker B:

And this is why this work is so important to me.

Speaker A:

Sorry, you're gonna make me cry because you're.

Speaker A:

You're receiving it from the other spectrum.

Speaker A:

And now I have garfield in my 40s.

Speaker A:

I'm 45.

Speaker A:

And how you are explaining your mom is how you've explained Garfield's energy because he is not aligned with me.

Speaker A:

So he's like, wanting to bring stuff to my attention.

Speaker A:

And that's one of the things that you've mentioned to me, is that make it a point in Akani to find some part of your day where you can.

Speaker A:

It might not be the.

Speaker A:

The perfect thing, but just reserve that for him because if you don't, he's going to stop bringing stuff to your attention as he gets older because he's going to feel like no one's paying attention.

Speaker A:

So I was like, you were crying.

Speaker A:

And I'm like, I'm crying because I can see it as my future.

Speaker A:

Like, if I don't pay attention now, I'm going to have a disconnected child.

Speaker A:

And, you know, a lot of the times when that happens, we don't want to blame ourselves.

Speaker A:

We want to just say it's society or something, but it actually can.

Speaker A:

And taking that responsibility can really transform our relationships and our family dynamics to, like, such a beautiful.

Speaker A:

Because we have a saying, happy wife, happy home.

Speaker A:

And the same thing, Happy Marine, happy home.

Speaker A:

Like, being able to make sure that I meet.

Speaker A:

And so to me, some of the stuff that you've brought up because you've done the reading for Garfield, myself and my husband to let me have a wider picture of everybody.

Speaker A:

And there's things about my husband that, you're right, drive me really, really crazy.

Speaker A:

And sometimes, like, even I feel like hurtful inside because I'm like, he doesn't care.

Speaker A:

But it's not.

Speaker A:

It's just that I'm bringing stuff to his attention when I'm at my peak and he's at his low.

Speaker A:

And no wonder that he doesn't have the space to accept what I'm trying to tell him or just in the.

Speaker A:

The way he processes.

Speaker A:

It's not even the timing, it's also the processing.

Speaker A:

How he interprets the world is not how I interpret the world.

Speaker A:

And how do we find a way to communicate both sides and be okay if the other one doesn't necessarily see it?

Speaker A:

But in so much of, like, being heard, like, I don't have to accept your point of view or how you're accepting this information, but at least we both know where we're coming from.

Speaker A:

And it makes it a lot easier to accept, because then I can.

Speaker A:

They say, when you're communicating with somebody, listen, stop.

Speaker A:

Don't respond right away.

Speaker A:

Give it a second to process, and then repeat back what you heard to the other person.

Speaker A:

Because what you may repeat out loud of how you processed it, they'll be like, that is not what I said, or, that is not what I meant.

Speaker A:

And then it's like, well, that's what I heard.

Speaker A:

So let's talk about this.

Speaker A:

Explain it to me a different way.

Speaker A:

Then, you know, it starts that conversation.

Speaker A:

And if you can have that openness in your relationship, Pandas work.

Speaker A:

I'm telling you guys can be so powerful now.

Speaker B:

And what's so beautiful is that it enables you to reframe any situation in a perspective that they get.

Speaker B:

So your husband looks at things often with a troubleshooting point of view, and you can then reframe everything that you bring to him in that perspective so that it's not about getting people on the same page or being sensitive to someone else's feelings, which is kind of how you're wired, but more like, okay, if we don't do this, like, things need to change because this isn't working.

Speaker B:

How can we make this better?

Speaker B:

And what is going to work for you?

Speaker B:

What's going to work for everyone?

Speaker B:

And that is the way he thinks.

Speaker B:

So then that's the way you can present the situation, but it gives you an idea of how to go about it.

Speaker A:

Yeah, I love it.

Speaker A:

So I met Panda.

Speaker A:

We were both part of the same mastermind with our amazing coach, Molly Mahoney.

Speaker A:

And I met her in our multiply group.

Speaker A:

And so she went through the same transition I did in, you know, the content club, and then she joined AI Stars, which is the certification program that she has.

Speaker A:

And then she's in the advanced program now.

Speaker A:

And we've been exploring AI within our own businesses.

Speaker A:

And as someone whose entire family framework is literally about honoring how you're wired, how has your experience bringing AI into that been for you?

Speaker B:

Oh, well, AI will never replace me.

Speaker B:

There's so many subtleties to it.

Speaker B:

So it's given me comfort about that because most of the AI out there, like, do not ever Use it to ask what your rising sign is.

Speaker B:

It will be wrong.

Speaker B:

What it has done is because there's so much pattern recognition, it helps with doing some of the same things over and over again.

Speaker B:

And so it's been very helpful for me in terms of helping me with repetitive tasks and helping me to think bigger about how other people might receive my work, what kind of questions they might have.

Speaker B:

And it's been just a nice.

Speaker B:

It's like a friendly brainstorming tool.

Speaker B:

So the stuff I've learned from you, Anna Connie, has been just so helpful in terms of being able to put content out there that connects with other people because I don't always think that way.

Speaker B:

And it gives me almost another brain to look at the situation from a different angle.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

And you've really helped me because you've pointed out, like, you're such a great.

Speaker A:

You have the ability to see the bigger picture for people and like, make sure that all the pieces connect.

Speaker A:

So, like, when someone's making a decision, you have that ability to be like, stop.

Speaker A:

What about this?

Speaker A:

And they're like, oh, I didn't even think about that.

Speaker A:

What do you think I should do?

Speaker A:

And that's my superpower.

Speaker A:

In the realm of like what I do for my coaching.

Speaker A:

However, my cards show that I am not great at doing that for myself because I'm like, what is wrong with me, Panda?

Speaker A:

Like, I am great at building other people's businesses and making their dreams come true and making them feel vital in their business.

Speaker A:

But like, I struggle to do it for myself.

Speaker A:

Can I get it done?

Speaker A:

Yes.

Speaker A:

But it is this muscling through of just.

Speaker A:

It feels like a huge hurdle.

Speaker A:

And like I'm just continuously climbing up, pushing shit up this big ass mountain and I can't ever feel like I'm actually ever close to the top sometimes.

Speaker A:

And so I even asked you, I was like, panda, like, just be real with me.

Speaker A:

Give it to me straight.

Speaker A:

No chaser.

Speaker A:

Am I just never going to be able to do this for myself?

Speaker A:

And you were like, yeah, but it's gonna take some really creative thinking.

Speaker A:

And that's where I've used AI Because I'm like, I know AI can have the capacity to do some of the stuff that I cannot do for myself.

Speaker A:

So I take my frameworks to what I give to my clients or how I use my own frameworks to do it for my clients.

Speaker A:

And I'm like, I need you to take this to be me.

Speaker A:

And this is what I need to be done in my business.

Speaker A:

Help me out.

Speaker A:

Like make sure that I, I get this done.

Speaker A:

Schedule out my calendar because I'm struggling staying productive with the things that actually matter.

Speaker A:

Look at my calendar and block out where I need to be based on my inner compass cards and what pandas says about me and what I need to get done.

Speaker A:

Like these are the things that I have to get done if I want to be able to meet my own personal like deadlines of what I want to happen in my business.

Speaker A:

This is how much time I have.

Speaker A:

These are my non negotiables.

Speaker A:

Make it happen.

Speaker A:

Like that's how I'm using AI because I'm like, I, I realize I'm in a space and it's not so much now of like making me feel bad about the things that I'm not capable of doing at the same capacity that I can do for someone else.

Speaker A:

And that to me, like I could cry just with that alone because it took a lot of like inner guilt that I was carrying around that I'm like, I suck.

Speaker B:

Well no, you don't suck.

Speaker B:

It's just that you work better when you can sense how someone else feels.

Speaker B:

And so building your business is almost about doing some work alongside someone.

Speaker B:

Putting some copy together, putting it up on the screen, your sales page and watching how the other person responds to it.

Speaker B:

And you'll know how they're feeling immediately.

Speaker B:

It's like, oh, she's my ideal client.

Speaker B:

And that didn't land.

Speaker B:

I need to try, I need to fix that.

Speaker B:

And that feedback is going to help you shift things.

Speaker B:

And so that's almost what I would encourage you to do is offer up either coaching or like a little bonus and give me some feedback on this.

Speaker B:

You're my ideal client.

Speaker B:

Is this something that appeals to you?

Speaker B:

Present them a sales page and walk them through the copy, that kind of thing.

Speaker B:

And you'll know they don't even have to tell you.

Speaker A:

I didn't even think about that.

Speaker A:

And I mean I want to play with an A B testing because you can basically train your AI to think as your ICP and then give it like, here's my sales page.

Speaker A:

I want you to give me your feedback, but I want you to act as like Sierra or somebody, the three that I've built out and then try to see if I can match that to an actual real life person and then seeing if it, if it corresponds.

Speaker A:

One of my coaches, Leonie Dawson, that's actually how she recommends it to be done.

Speaker B:

That's perfect because you're a very one to one person.

Speaker B:

You need that not Everyone will work that way.

Speaker B:

Some people are like, I don't even want to talk to people.

Speaker B:

I just want to put my own stuff together.

Speaker B:

And those people have a much easier time putting their businesses together.

Speaker A:

If you're listening and you're wondering what is happening?

Speaker A:

Why is there two people tugging on Anna Connie's podcast.

Speaker A:

Welcome.

Speaker A:

Welcome to the Heart Led CEO podcast.

Speaker A:

You are joining me and Panda hershey for my 50th episode for the Heart LED CEO podcast.

Speaker A:

And we are talking about how your cards don't lie.

Speaker A:

Panda is the CEO and founder of your Full Expression and her beautiful framework, the Inner Compass framework.

Speaker A:

We are talking about how we are wired for this, whether it's relationships, business, or just life in general.

Speaker A:

And we just had a call actually today.

Speaker A:

I don't know too much about Mercury retrogrades, but every time it comes around, you know, my people panic, to be honest, when we talk about Mercury retrograde.

Speaker A:

But Panda was on today's call talking about bring on the Mercury retrograde.

Speaker A:

And I was like, panda, that is not what the rest of the world believes.

Speaker A:

Tell me why.

Speaker B:

Because retrogrades are about slowing down.

Speaker B:

Not just Mercury goes retrograde.

Speaker B:

All the other planets, except like the sun, the moon don't go retrograde, but every other planet does.

Speaker B:

And it lets us integrate.

Speaker B:

So everyone talks about the Mercury retrograde is so scary, but it's just one third.

Speaker B:

It's three weeks of a whole eight week experience where you're like learning about something.

Speaker B:

And so when you pay attention for two months to something and you anticipate that, okay, this is going to be my integration time in the middle so that I have clarity, so that when I get back out there, I know what to do.

Speaker B:

Life is makes a little more sense.

Speaker B:

And so that's what I love about retrogrades is that they help us slow down and like pull things together, help us make sense of things.

Speaker B:

Yeah, I am the biggest fan of Mercury retrograde.

Speaker A:

I love it and it's fun.

Speaker A:

So for those of you who have been listening and are wondering like, how can I work with Panda?

Speaker A:

You can go to the website that you can see.

Speaker A:

It'll also be in the show notes.

Speaker A:

If you're listening to this in like your car or doing laundry, yourful expression.com backslash wiring and it is where you can go and test out her app that she's built based on her inner compass framework.

Speaker A:

You can get two of the main cards that will give you a taste of what you get in her full True north program.

Speaker A:

And the cool thing is is that you can, once you run it for yourself, you do need to know your date of birth and it would be helpful to have the time, but you don't need it.

Speaker A:

There'll be like a little checkbox if you don't know your exact time for your date of birth.

Speaker A:

And then the cool thing is, is that you can run it for someone else.

Speaker A:

Meaning, like, if there's a relationship dynamic that you are curious to see how you guys work together from a wiring perspective, it allows you to do that.

Speaker A:

It's the beginning stepping stone.

Speaker A:

And if you see that it's complex or whatever, you have the option to work one to one with Panda.

Speaker A:

You can also join some of her bigger memberships where she goes more into like relationship dynamics and helping you really have like full readings and understand your cards.

Speaker A:

But for the woman listening right now who has been building someone else's business in her body, we mentioned in the beginning of the episode how you felt within your own journey of going into like a coaching program and then feeling not good in the inside because what they were telling you to do goes against how you're basically wired to do things.

Speaker A:

And we naturally walk away.

Speaker A:

As women, we always tend to blame ourselves something's wrong with us instead of questioning the other way of maybe it just doesn't make sense to me because they're teaching me a way that isn't how I'm wired.

Speaker A:

Basically, what do you, you know, want the person who's basically where you were at the beginning of your entrepreneurial journey feeling that way inside of rooms, but is maybe not in the space where they have the information and is feeling bad about themselves because they aren't.

Speaker A:

They're not getting the roi.

Speaker A:

They're not seeing the success.

Speaker A:

They are having difficulty implementing what's being told has to be done or you're not going to be, you know, successful based on like, everything.

Speaker B:

So starting even if you just go do the wiring app, if you what it does is it looks at two things about you.

Speaker B:

How you do things and when you do things and how you think about things and when you think about them.

Speaker B:

So what you'll learn is if you have to think about something first and then do it, or you have to do something first and then recognize what you just did and learn through doing stuff.

Speaker B:

And so I am one of those people that has to do stuff and try it before I figure out how it actually works.

Speaker B:

And so reading up on stuff is not as helpful for me as just just trying to take the plunge and just seeing what happens.

Speaker B:

But when you start to understand that that helps you decide, okay, how will I just dive in and do it without having everything figured out or just knowing I am not going to have everything figured out, so I might as well just do it.

Speaker B:

Then trusting in yourself and knowing that, okay, I'm going to learn something, but then I have to start the cycle again and go do something new, improve on what I just did, and I'll learn another lesson.

Speaker B:

And those simple things give you help you feel more confident about, yeah, this works.

Speaker B:

And it, it doesn't mean that everything becomes 100% better the next day, but when you start working with your own wiring, then you feel like, yeah, I'm bringing my whole self to the table.

Speaker B:

I'm not stuck anymore.

Speaker B:

I understand how I work.

Speaker B:

And so I keep working.

Speaker B:

And that's the cool thing is we keep living life.

Speaker A:

Okay, Panda, we are going to end with just something fun about yourself that something either fun or interesting about yourself that I don't even know.

Speaker B:

Oh, my goodness.

Speaker B:

I do jigsaw puzzles.

Speaker B:

And so my big thing is trying to take a 500 piece puzzle and doing it in 90 minutes.

Speaker B:

And my daughter and I, we compete in like jigsaw puzzle races.

Speaker A:

Awesome.

Speaker A:

All right, Panda, we are coming down to the very end.

Speaker A:

And to end this, I just want to make it super fun and really get to know you because I've been working closely with you for the last probably like six months.

Speaker A:

But I really want the listeners to also have some fun with me.

Speaker A:

So answer first thing that pops into your head.

Speaker A:

Coffee or tea?

Speaker B:

Coffee.

Speaker B:

I had to switch to Matcha.

Speaker B:

There you go.

Speaker A:

That's okay.

Speaker A:

The last thing you googled,.

Speaker B:

How to fix my Google API.

Speaker B:

Ridiculous.

Speaker A:

Jeans and a T shirt or a dress.

Speaker B:

Ooh, jeans and a T shirt.

Speaker A:

Awesome.

Speaker A:

The biggest Internet lie that tells about astrology.

Speaker B:

That Mercury retrograde is bad.

Speaker A:

Oh, that's true.

Speaker A:

Duck breasts are sushi.

Speaker B:

Oh, Anna.

Speaker B:

Connie.

Speaker B:

I cook duck breasts, but I go out for sushi.

Speaker B:

I can't tell.

Speaker B:

Oh, if it's a hand roll, I'll do the hand roll.

Speaker A:

Finish this sentence.

Speaker A:

I knew astrology was real when.

Speaker B:

When I got a reading from this guy in Australia and he knew all these things about me and I thought that was important.

Speaker B:

Possible.

Speaker A:

The one word that makes you cringe in a wellness space.

Speaker B:

Mystical.

Speaker B:

I'm pretty practical.

Speaker B:

And.

Speaker A:

Yeah, practical.

Speaker A:

That's what I meant.

Speaker A:

Practical.

Speaker A:

That was a good one.

Speaker A:

Okay, Panda.

Speaker A:

Oh my gosh.

Speaker A:

This has been so amazing.

Speaker A:

Where can people find you and experience the inner compass framework for Themselves.

Speaker B:

Oh, gosh, this has been such a blast.

Speaker B:

Anna, Connie, thank you so much for having me on.

Speaker B:

You can find me on instagram under its pandahershi or on YouTube and then my website is just yourful expression.com because I'm all about everyone just being the best that they can be.

Speaker B:

And so I look forward to meeting anyone who wants to join me.

Speaker B:

And thanks so much for this opportunity.

Speaker A:

Holy seaweeds.

Speaker A:

Did I not tell you guys how amazing Panda is?

Speaker A:

Her work?

Speaker A:

Just, like, take a breath and let all of this land, because we talked about a lot.

Speaker A:

And what I want you to know is that your wiring can set you free.

Speaker A:

Like, she has this thing says the cards don't lie.

Speaker A:

And I feel like a lot of people stigmatize astrology as like, it is set in stone.

Speaker A:

This is how you're going to be and you cannot change it.

Speaker A:

And Panda really gives you the power of being aware of how you're wired, like how you're born naturally and you still have the decisions to make in your life to be a better person to when we say, like, every day you wake up and you can be a better person.

Speaker A:

Panda gives you the tools to actually know how to be that better person for yourself and your relationships and your businesses.

Speaker A:

And her app is amazing.

Speaker A:

I'm in all of her stuff.

Speaker A:

I've been in her Mercury retrograde workshop, the VIP experience.

Speaker A:

I've done her inner compass.

Speaker A:

Like, I'm not bringing you guys into this space because I don't know anything about Panda, and I think she's just cool.

Speaker A:

Like, I actually know she's cool and she's amazing and it will change your life.

Speaker A:

Like, literally, my relationships with my son, my relationship with my husband, I can see it in the everyday of things that I'm naturally wired to react in a certain way.

Speaker A:

But being able to now be like, normally this is how I would react, but because I know how it's going to land with them, I'm going to pause and then I'm going to figure out how to respond so that it's a better reciprocation.

Speaker A:

And that is by itself, like a beautiful transformation that Panda has bestowed in my life.

Speaker A:

And it was really important to make her my first guest speaker because I think everybody should experience what she has to offer.

Speaker A:

Offer.

Speaker A:

And so I'll have everything in the show, notes on how to get a hold of her, how to do her app, how to get.

Speaker A:

Follow her on Instagram, show her some love.

Speaker A:

And as always, if this landed with you, if there's somebody in your life that could benefit from what we talked about today or they could benefit from maybe experiencing the Inner Compass framework themselves.

Speaker A:
