After college, Trish Blain was hired to travel to Ireland and look at small business practices. It was there that began her interest in entrepreneurship and her much bigger passion for the environment. From Planet Parties to her own environmental store, she was passionate about creating a better world but from her interactions with her clients, it was clear that everybody had a different concept. This started her quest to determine what a better world meant and in turn, created the Four Forces Framework and subsequently her new movement “Non-Ordinary”.
Don’t miss these Highlights:
Her path to discover the four forces framework; connection, belonging, sense of self and growth
Translating these four forces into workable skills to create the change that we want in the world
Utilizing the four forces as a social mission leader to lead your teams and helping your customers meet their deeper needs
Working within “Non-Ordinary” states of consciousness as a different way of thinking and engaging
Her vision to create a skill-based community for the social mission leaders to learn and create collaboratively
