Dr. Luke Fletcher is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management at the University of Bath’s School of Management, UK. His research interests span both organizational psychology and human resource management, and include topics such as meaningful work, employee engagement, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.
Luke has written for a variety of practitioner and academic audiences and has written public blogs and practice pieces for The Conversation, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and the Institute for Employment Studies. His work has featured in various international news and media outlets, and he sits on the editorial board for the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and the International Journal of Human Resource Management.
