Shownotes

Could your garden be the safest space to cultivate your story?

In this conversation, Kendall Marie Platt discusses how she has rediscovered herself through the creative and restorative art of horticultural therapy. With honesty and vulnerability, she shares her the impact of a late ADHD diagnosis, bullying and why cultivating safe and nurturing spaces for women matters so deeply to her. Kendall reflects on gardening as both a therapeutic practice and a creative process, one that invites patience, presence, and emotional reconnection. Together, the discussion highlights growth as a lived, organic journey, the importance of community, and the power of storytelling through writing as a way to tend to our inner worlds, much like a garden.
