n this episode, we talk about who sees us when we serve. There are times when we are part of a team doing a project. My wife and I participated in a food drive in our city. We carried bags of a certain color so everyone would know who we were and what we were doing. It was a very public effort.
You gather trash on a highway. You participate in a clean-up effort after a storm and you all wear volunteer tee-shirts. Everybody sees. This public work is fine and wonderful. I have found the key for me is not to worry about recognition. If the project or effort is set up to be a public process, then it is. I can go all in and do it the best I can without worrying about who sees or what the process is.
