EPISODE 22
One of the biggest components that is absolutely necessary as an educator is energy. While it sounds "woo woo" to say that "energy is everything." It literally is - down to the atoms in our body that have energy associated with them, So in this episode, I want to talk specifically to those of you are feeling really low vibe or low energy and bring you that pep talk to get you back into a state of flow. In this episode, I am going to talk about what inspired me to create this episode, my spin on it, bring you 3 ways you can begin to harness your energy and bring yourself alignment, and then motivate you to get into alignment so you feel happy, healthy, and whole as an educator AND human.
