The discussion revolves around the complexities of identity and self-worth in relationships, particularly through the lens of a woman who has been labeled a 'trophy wife.' The speaker candidly recounts an encounter wherein they posed a challenging question regarding this label, to which the woman affirmatively responded. This moment serves as a catalyst to explore deeper themes, such as the societal expectations placed upon women based on their appearance, financial status, and roles within the family structure. The speaker reflects on the inherent struggles faced by individuals who may feel compelled to prioritize their partner's aspirations over their own, leading to a loss of self-identity. The conversation further delves into the notion of potential and intellect, as the speaker highlights the woman's intelligence, which contrasts sharply with her role as a stay-at-home mother. This juxtaposition raises critical questions about how women can sometimes find themselves confined within the parameters of their relationships, echoing the sentiment of being in a 'mental prison.' The speaker draws parallels to the film 'Idiocracy,' illustrating the frustration of being surrounded by mediocrity while possessing untapped potential. Ultimately, the dialogue culminates in a poignant narrative that contrasts two women who experienced similar betrayals. One woman remains bitter, while the other transformed her circumstances into a stepping stone for growth and personal advancement. This dichotomy serves as an important reminder of the choices individuals make in the face of adversity and the profound impact those choices can have on their lives. The speaker expresses hope for the woman discussed, suggesting that she too may find empowerment through her journey, much like the second woman in the narrative.

I tell you, I asked her if she was quote unquote, the trophy wife.
Speaker A:It was kind of hard for me to ask that question, but I did and her answer was yes.
Speaker A:Why did I ask that?
Speaker A:Because of her looks.
Speaker A:Because her being a stay at home mom, because of the money stuff.
Speaker A:Now here is what really fascinated me.
Speaker A:I mentioned earlier she had a grand trying in Aaron.
Speaker A:A grand trying is like a God given gift, but you could be lazy with it and actually not use it.
Speaker A:And her God given gift, that air.
Speaker A:Air being intellect.
Speaker A:What does this mean?
Speaker A:This beauty queen is actually really smart.
Speaker A:She is doing the unbalanced Libra thing of losing herself.
Speaker A:She lost herself with inside of her relationship.
Speaker A:Remember I said too accommodating.
Speaker A:It was all about her husband stuff, all about what he wanted to do and all that.
Speaker A:And she lost herself.
Speaker A:Now imagine this is what really made it interesting to me.
Speaker A:Imagine being.
Speaker A:You ever saw that movie Idiocracy?
Speaker A:When this guy who was average intelligence, he got frozen and they forgot about him.
Speaker A:Him and another female.
Speaker A:And years and years into the future they found him.
Speaker A:And when they thawed him out, him and her, he turned out to be this average intelligent person.
Speaker A:Average.
Speaker A:Ended up being the smartest guy in the world.
Speaker A:And he couldn't believe it.
Speaker A:Just, you know, just normal things the world didn't know about anymore.
Speaker A:So I imagine her like that, being with her husband.
Speaker A:Think about it.
Speaker A:Being really smart and forced to sit there listening to someone talk about dumb things all the time.
Speaker A:And you really can't say much because that person is controlling everything.
Speaker A:She probably was in a mental prison for a while.
Speaker A:You know, Think about it.
Speaker A:Just.
Speaker A:Yeah, just in a mental prison.
Speaker A:Now this is a story.
Speaker A:I'm gonna end this with a story of two women.
Speaker A:And the same thing happened to both of these women.
Speaker A:The husband cheated with the secretary and ran off with him.
Speaker A:Twenty years later, you see both ladies, you talk to one lady, she's still bitter.
Speaker A:She's talking about that no good MF left her for the secretary and left her with this and left her with that, right?
Speaker A:And she's just still in this bad place 20 years later.
Speaker A:The other lady, when the husband left for the secretary, she took some classes and ended up getting a job where she met this guy who ended up being the owner of the company she worked for.
Speaker A:She got married, had kids for this guy.
Speaker A:Now if you ask this lady about that same experience 20 years ago, her response would be, that's the best thing that ever happened to me.
Speaker A:She used that as a catalyst to push her to better things.
Speaker A:The other lady used that same situation as a catalyst and excuse to waddle around and stagnated water for 20 years.
Speaker A:This lady, I think she's gonna turn out to be just like the other lady, saying, this is the best thing that ever happened to me.
Speaker A:Oh, I forgot to tell you that.
Speaker A:The way that we should the way that we.
Speaker A:She.
Speaker A:She is currently dating a surgeon in the hospital working on her chiropractic degree.
Speaker A:Looks like she is heading in the right direction and will be just like that lady that said this was the best thing that happened to me.
Speaker A:I hope so, because I'm rooting for.
