Burnout seems to be EVERYWHERE these days; it’s usually connected to anxiety, and is the place you land right before depression sets in. Burnout doesn’t necessarily look the same for everyone, but your body WILL send you signs that something isn’t right. Whether it’s never-ending fatigue or feeling dread (instead of joy) for the things that used to excite you, this isn’t something you can repress again and again, and expect it to go away. You HAVE to address it in order to heal and move forward!
