I love this interview, because Melinda really shares how to actually FIND your coach. This is important, because many times I have worked with coaches that do not work. I have had clients, as a coach, that do not work. Admiration of someone is not the best indicator of hiring a coach. Melinda really hits on a great subject matter, that many do not know.
