Shownotes

Andy Coley is a neurolinguistic programming (NLP) practitioner and coach. Andy shares his story of hitting rock bottom. He used to tell himself that he was "a failure."

In 2011 Andy was morbidly obese, bankrupt, divorced and living with his parents. This is when his journey into the field of human development started, "I’d been realising that life wasn’t where I wanted it to be, that my relationships were not right, that I was working too hard and getting nowhere and that my own health and mental capability had suffered as a result." He discovered NLP and started to take back control of his life and rediscover balance. Andy now helps so many other people in their lives through his coaching practice.

We discuss how being married and a busy dad to three children brings many challenges with regards to maintaining balance in all areas of our life.

The way Andy describes his life experience is really motivational and I know you'll have lots of "ah-ha!" moments whilst listening.
