Shownotes
"How long should my podcast be?" is a question that stumps almost every podcaster. And it's one they spend way too much time worrying about because the answer is simple. The ideal length of your show is the ideal length for your content.
There should be no fluff, no additional crap, no rabbiting on for 20 minutes before you get to the good stuff.
In this episode, I talk about why the right length for your podcast is often shorter than you think and why you need to be respectful of your listener's time by only including the best of the best.

About me...
My name is Rachel Corbett and I’ve worked professionally for over two decades in radio and podcasting.
I’ve worked in front of the mic hosting radio shows for some of the biggest networks in Australia and I’ve been at the helm of over ten podcasts including Google Australia’s first podcast, Rethink.
I’ve also worked behind the scenes as Head of Podcasts for two major audio networks - Mamamia and Nova Entertainment where I’ve overseen the development and production of over 50 shows. And I have my own online podcasting course, PodSchool.
So if you're looking for someone who knows what they're talking about when it comes to podcasting, you've come to the right place.
