Welcome to 100 days of Happy - 100 ways to include Happy practices in your life and business.

And HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! Wishing you all good things for 2022!

These are short podcast episodes - aiming for between 7 - 10 minutes where I explore was to build positivity and energy into your day, and relieve stress and tension.

With the fear and discord that is present and building in the world, I invite you to help me lift the energy of planet by starting with you and Choosing Happy for a few minutes each day.

Day 13 - Choosing Your Support Plan

Today's episode is the first in a series of six episodes about choosing your support plan. It's specific to the times we're living in. It's about how we get through the uncertainty and chaos of what lies before us.

As we come out of the pandemic, how do we do that in a way that's resilient, resourceful, and positive? That supports, not only ourselves, but others around us? How do we create the community and the vision for the way forwards that helps the planet, and humanity?

Here is the disclaimer. Nothing I share in this week's series of podcasts is meant to be taken as health or financial advice. These are things that I have tried and practiced for myself. They are for educational purposes only. You try them at your own risk.

Community and Connection

My belief is that we win when we are compassionate, connecting and communicating unconditionally. When we are building a community of like-minded souls supporting each other through the dark days.

Be kind to those around you. They are living their own version of reality. If you want to be in conflict ensure it's aimed in the right direction. Be the example, by rejecting separation and embracing all, no matter where they are on their journey. Be the light, the example others want to follow.

I have created a community and resource pages on the Choosing Happy website at www.choosinghappy.co.uk - all will be available on day 6 - This was an intuitive urge to do this, to step up in my own way.

Speaker:

Hello, and welcome to day 13 of a hundred days to happy.

Speaker:

Today's episode is the first and a series of five or six episodes

Speaker:

about choosing your support flat.

Speaker:

It's specific to the times we're living in.

Speaker:

It's about how we get through the uncertainty and chaos

Speaker:

of what lies before us.

Speaker:

As we come out of the pandemic, how do we do that in a way that's resilient,

Speaker:

resourceful, and positive and supports, not only ourselves, but others around us.

Speaker:

How do we create the community and the vision for the way forwards?

Speaker:

That helps the planet.

Speaker:

And humanity.

Speaker:

He is the disclaimer.

Speaker:

Nothing I share in this week's series of podcasts is meant to be

Speaker:

taken as health or financial advice.

Speaker:

These are things that I have tried and practiced for myself.

Speaker:

They are lessons and

Speaker:

For educational purposes.

Speaker:

And are not meant to be taken.

Speaker:

As advice.

Speaker:

I'm Heather masters, and this is the choosing happy podcast.

Speaker:

Hello and welcome to today's show episodes.

Speaker:

Short bonus episode of the choosing happy podcast done has a masters.

Speaker:

And I wanted to cover over the next five or six days.

Speaker:

Really important subject about putting a plan in place for how you and your

Speaker:

family, your loved ones and your community can be begin to move forward.

Speaker:

Today is a bit serious.

Speaker:

But it's really important for us to acknowledge the reality

Speaker:

of the situation we're in.

Speaker:

You can't get to a destination without noting where you're traveling from.

Speaker:

And that's really what today.

Speaker:

Is about.

Speaker:

It's about looking at the territory in neuro-linguistic programming.

Speaker:

We talk about the map and the territory.

Speaker:

The map is not the territory.

Speaker:

The map is your view.

Speaker:

Of what you see around you.

Speaker:

Though the territory may not change.

Speaker:

So for instance, , uh, mountain will stay the same.

Speaker:

Your view and perspective of the mountain might not be

Speaker:

what the mountain actually is.

Speaker:

what's the territory where in that the moments, I just wanted to share

Speaker:

a few facts that are easy to find.

Speaker:

If you want to look them up on the internet and on the news around the world.

Speaker:

The financial systems are beginning to collapse.

Speaker:

We're seeing the stock market.

Speaker:

Drop.

Speaker:

The central banks, we know we're already struggling because of the amounts of.

Speaker:

Fiat's currency they've printed over the last couple of years.

Speaker:

We talking trillions.

Speaker:

And there is no way there's such a large amount.

Speaker:

There's no way that they can really tackle the debt.

Speaker:

They're trying with inflation.

Speaker:

And if you look back over.

Speaker:

Economically history.

Speaker:

Inflation.

Speaker:

Just won't work this time with too far down, we're in a greater

Speaker:

crisis than has ever been witnessed economically, financially.

Speaker:

Ever before, even with the great depression . It leads to

Speaker:

collapse of currencies around the world and the ultimate collapse

Speaker:

of the central banking system.

Speaker:

And it's up to us to choose.

Speaker:

After that.

Speaker:

When you realize.

Speaker:

If you dig a little bit deeper, the truths around the central banking system and

Speaker:

that it has kept us in a debt economy

Speaker:

You can find all of that out if you dig a little deeper around the history, Of the

Speaker:

creation of the current financial systems.

Speaker:

So, what do we do?

Speaker:

How do we create new banks that work for us rather than against us?

Speaker:

How do we create new currencies?

Speaker:

New monetary means of exchange.

Speaker:

It doesn't even have to be currencies, but how do we create an

Speaker:

exchange of value that's acceptable for sovereign human beings?

Speaker:

How do we create bartering?

Speaker:

Experience of what can you.

Speaker:

Trade.

Speaker:

Can you trade work for food?

Speaker:

Can you trade?

Speaker:

What you do your gift, your special.

Speaker:

Passion, can you trade that for goods and services that you need in

Speaker:

order to serve and help other people?

Speaker:

Those part-time things like knitting.

Speaker:

Making close to those practical things, such as gardening.

Speaker:

All of those skills are possibly going to come to the fore in the coming months.

Speaker:

So really have a think about what is it that you can offer that

Speaker:

you can trade and barter with locally within your communities.

Speaker:

And what are the skills that you can create perhaps new local businesses

Speaker:

with and what are you willing to accept?

Speaker:

As a way of exchange The second.

Speaker:

Part to that is looking at China.

Speaker:

And how.

Speaker:

Huge.

Speaker:

Companies in China have collapsed to the extent that

Speaker:

China has now closed its doors.

Speaker:

To the rest of the world.

Speaker:

They're no longer providing goods and services yet.

Speaker:

The rest of the world.

Speaker:

He has put all of its supply chains.

Speaker:

Coming from China.

Speaker:

So, what does this do for us?

Speaker:

It means that we have to learn to produce again.

Speaker:

To produce locally.

Speaker:

To produce.

Speaker:

Technology microchips plastics, all those cheap goods that China provided us with.

Speaker:

It's up to us now to begin to take them in-house if you

Speaker:

like, in uh, um, countries.

Speaker:

This means that goods and services are going to be more difficult

Speaker:

to get over the coming months and years until we have recreated.

Speaker:

Um, Production systems, our own industries.

Speaker:

Within our own countries.

Speaker:

That moves on to the logistical problems.

Speaker:

The deliveries, the shortages.

Speaker:

, and delivery of supplies.

Speaker:

Going.

Speaker:

To continue.

Speaker:

We've already been caused by the current government narratives.

Speaker:

There've been purposely created shortages.

Speaker:

There are shortages due to the lack of workers to actually harvest food.

Speaker:

To deliver goods to work in shops, to work in hospitality.

Speaker:

We've seen that already and that's going to continue.

Speaker:

So recognized, just I acknowledge that this is where we are.

Speaker:

It's not meant to be a downer.

Speaker:

It's meant to be okay.

Speaker:

This is the territory.

Speaker:

What can I do now to ensure that I have my family.

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

And to move through this safely.

Speaker:

And as comfortably as possible.

Speaker:

Tomorrow.

Speaker:

I begin to look at some suggestions, some.

Speaker:

Possibilities that you may want to consider.

Speaker:

Some opportunities that this health situation presents

Speaker:

Thank you for listening.

Speaker:

Please share this episode.

Speaker:

If you believe it will be a value to someone that, you know,

Speaker:

And please come back tomorrow.

Speaker:

For the positive side.
