Kyle Lagunas is currently the Head of Talent Attraction, Sourcing and Insight at General Motors. He leads the strategic talent pipelining programs. His group serves as the tip of the spear in acquiring the critical skill sets and attracting the diverse talent needed to power GM’s fully electric future. Lagunas has spent the last decade entrenched in innovative talent tech and the evolution of HCM best practices as an analyst and advisor. Previously, Lagunas spent two years as the Director of Strategy at Beamery, a full-cycle Talent Lifecycle Management platform, and two years as a Research Manager in Emerging Trends & Technologies for Talent Acquisition & Staffing Services at IDC, a premier global provider of market intelligence, advisory services, and events for the information technology, telecommunications, and consumer technology markets. Prior to these positions, Lagunas was a Talent Acquisition Analyst for various companies.
