Welcome to From a Full Cup, a wellness education podcast that motivates, empowers, and inspires women, entrepreneurs and professionals to create the life they want on their terms. One where they put themselves first knowing you can't pour from an empty cup. I'm your host, Natalie Mullin, a certified holistic wellness educator, speaker, facilitator, and teacher.
Natalie:
I created From a Full Cup with a strong belief that everyone can greatly improve their lives by understanding and implementing simple wellness practices. This podcast is a mix of practical wellness tools and strategies, life lessons and pondering, motivation, relatable, personal stories, deep conversations, and whatever else I'm inspired by.
Natalie:
It's a solo style show with occasional interviews and always under 30. Now, let me give you a little heads up. I tell it like it is and I don't hold back, so you're either gonna love me or you're gonna find a new podcast.
Natalie:
Either way, you'll probably decide after one episode, there's gonna be a little sass and a whole lot of laughs, but together we will embark on a learning journey to really understand wellness in practical, relatable, and meaningful ways.
Natalie:
My deepest passion is to help others dream big, take action, and move the needle forward in life. I'd be honored if you join me. Subscribe for free to From a Full Cup on Spotify, Apple Podcast, or at your favorite podcast app, and you'll know when I launch. You can expect a new episode every Thursday and sometimes a bit more.
Natalie:
Until next time, continue to serve yourself, your loved ones, and your community From a Full Cup.
