Ruth Williams Founder & Treasurer of Smile Group, mum to Amber, and Freya shared with us her experience of post-natal depression after having her first child 11 years ago.

Ruth's experience along with meeting up with co-founder Natalie who experienced a traumatic birth led the pair to set up The Smile Group to provide help and guidance to families experiencing perinatal mental health illness.

The group has been running for 10 years now and is supporting families in Sandbach, Macclesfield, Congleton, and Nantwich and will be starting their weekly walks again around Nantwich Lake from Monday the 15th.
