Shownotes

Stacy and Sam talk to Thom Walters about practical meditation tips on how long one should meditate for, what it means to clear the mind, and taking your meditation practice deeper through intention and so much more!

Thom Walters has been a meditation practitioner and instructor for over 35 years. He is the author of Discovering Joy and hosts two worldwide podcasts called ZEN Commuter and Calmer in 5 that focus on meditation and positive living. Thom found out a long time ago that helping people grow is what he does best, and coincidentally makes him the happiest. After walking a path of school to a ten-year stint as a business analyst, Thom realized that this wasn’t where he was supposed to be. It was clear that what he was supposed to do is talk about the one thing that has guided him his entire life, meditation. Thom teaches meditation in person and through his podcasts and has helped thousands of people understand their ability to live a less stressed life. He teaches people how to look inside themselves and create a plan for increasing the joy in their lives.
