This week we are joined by Richard Simmons and Andy Mead from Ickenham Rugby Club, the club that I play for. Founded as the St Nicholas Old Boys in 1964 the Ickenham Saints are a single club team based out of West London playing their rugby in the Middlesex Merit Tables.
