Shownotes

With so many fad diets and Instagram models taking over the fitness industry, it’s hard to keep up with what our nutrition should really consist of. In today’s episode, we meet the founder of Dad Bod Health, Jason Priest. Jason has quite the background of being a registered nurse, a personal trainer, and a fitness nutrition expert. Jason experienced an early great personal loss to him which contributed to unhealthy eating and being 60 lbs overweight. Jason states he is now in the best shape of his life as his ultimate goal is to be the best father to his son. Jason prioritizes his health as an ethical and responsible duty to his child to watch them grow up. Jason currently runs his website, Dad Bod Health which helps to coach men on real nutrition and fitness.
