It's very important to check in regularly with your own mental health.
It can help you identify any concerns early on. If you're not checking in on your mental health regularly, you might not notice something until it's severe. By checking in regularly, you can learn to sense better how you are feeling and what could be causing you to feel that way. It will help you to see any concerns early and deal with them and/or get help before they escalate.
