“The Pharisees went out and began to plot against Jesus, discussing how to destroy him.  Jesus knew this and withdrew from the district.”  We could all do this a good deal more.  Often our reaction to an injustice, or something which is not right, is to immediately and publicly get on our high horse and have a go at it.  It’s true that Jesus sometimes publicly condemned things.  Its also true that sometimes  Jesus did not say anything, simply entrusting it to the Father: probably a lot more often than we think.  We would do well to slow down and do the same - and save the world not only by our outcry, but also by our respectful, silent and prayerful love.
