How do I get over the guilt of getting off the tools?
It’s a tricky one.
As Tradesmen we work hard!
Some might even say we work too hard.
And sometimes they're right.
Think about this.
The business owner who's in the trenches, making no profit and working 80 hours a week is praised more than the one who takes Fridays off because he's built a successful business.
The first owner is seen as a true hard worker.
The second is 'lazy'.
(Which is bullsh#t by the way!)
If you want to grow a successful business, there’s a point when you’re going to need to step off the tools.
And this is where the problems could come.
