Shownotes

Have you ever pretended to be someone you admire? Or wondered what it's like to grow up on the other side of the world? Today we explore oneness, humanity, compassion, being curious and approaching equity through the lens of oneness. And beginning to see each other, AS ourselves.

My guest today is Andrea Swinton, a professional coach, facilitator, and workshop developer, with extensive corporate and informal multicultural education experience. She shares that Cultural intelligence and cross cultural-education is at the heart of her life. Andrea is a Nationally Certified Diversity Professional and has a Master Degree in Multicultural Education, and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance Management. Spanning over 25 years, Andrea has worked with diverse populations from various industries at all levels of organizations.

She is the founder of Education Resources For Living, Inc and is Principal of Humanity As One. Andrea believes that “when people are aware, they will do what works for more than just themselves.” The work she does leaves people with the ability to open clear pathways to success.
