For most of business owners, we started a business because we were good at a particular craft. Graphic Design. Web Design. Photography. Teaching. Branding. Therapy. Baking Cakes. And the list goes on.
Our technical skills alone can’t and won’t build a business. In fact, by relying on technical skills inside of your business, you’ll simply create a job for yourself.
And it will feel like a job most days. Your business will feel heavy, complex, and confusing. It will leave you feeling exhausted, frustrated, and burned out.
However, you have more than technical skills inside of you. You also have managerial skills and entrepreneurial skills that must be activated right now.
Not so you can sit on a beach and sip cocktails while fairies take care of everything else for you. Rather, so that you can one day exit your business and reach your primary dream.
