Voltaire once said, “Judge a man not by his answers but the quality of his questions.” As I’ve grown older the more sense this quote makes to me. Often the best answers only come from the best questions.
In this episode I challenge you as well as myself to answer three questions.
What are you doing that you know you should NOT be doing?
What are you NOT doing that you know you should be?
What are you doing that you know you should be doing MORE of?
I also discuss the power of sleep as a means of proper recovery. Even with my intense training regimen, good eating and intent on doing everything perfectly I still get sick. This happened over Labor Day weekend. I had a mild cold but it moved on pretty quickly. What was my strategy? I slept and took it easy. That’s it. I allowed my body to heal.
