She has some excellent advice for businesses in terms of being prepared if you find yourselves in the position of needing legal help but also, how individual prosecutions work as it isn't just the business that is at risk if things go wrong, individuals can also find themselves in court for failings to carry out individual duties that lead to a work place incident.
